Objective: In this study,60 patients with menopausal syndrome of kidney yin deficiency were selected according to the inclusion criteria. The aim of this study was to observe the clinical effect of zi shen yu yin fang combined with acupoint application therapy on menopausal syndrome.Including the preliminary evaluation of the patient's syndrome efficacy and hormone levels,in order to explore and research its therapeutic mechanism, not only provides a feasible idea for the clinical treatment of the disease, but also seeks safer and more effective treatment. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with kidney-yin deficiency who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine for menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The control group only took zi shen yu yin fang, and the treatment group was given acupoint application on the basis of taking the above-mentioned Chinese medicine prescription. Both groups of patients started taking the drug from the 5th day of menstruation(the menopause started to take the drug one day),and the drug was administered continuously for 10 days for a course of 30 days. After 3 courses of continuous treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms, the improved Kupperman score, the laboratory indicators AMH,E2,FSH,LH levels and the recurrence after three months of withdrawal were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)In the treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,of which 13.33% was cured,30.00% was effective,43.33% was effective, and 13.33% was ineffective. The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,of which 3.33% were cured,16.67% were effective,53.33% were effective, and 26.67% were invalid. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups of drugs were effective in treating kidney-yin deficiency type menopausal syndrome, moreover, the treatment group was superior than the other group.(2)In the comparison of TCM symptom scores and Kupperman scores before and after treatment, there has no obvious difference before treatment between the two groups(p>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p< 0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),which indicated that the two groups of drugs had an effect on improving the symptoms of kidney-yin deficiency type menopausal syndrome, furthermore the treatment group was superior than the control group.(3)In the comparison of hormone levels between treatment group and control group before and after treatment,There is almost no change in AMH,E2 has an increasing trend,FSH and LH showed a downward trend,However, there was only a slight improvement at present, the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In the long run,it may be permitted to delay the aging of women, but large-scale clinical clinical trials are needed to obtain higher-quality evidence-based medical evidence.(4)There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group during the treatment period and within 1 week after the end of the course of treatment.Because the sample size was small and there was no prominent adverse reaction in the control group.Due to the small sample size,it is considered that the traditional Chinese medicine used in this study is safe in the clinical application of treating menopausal syndrome, and there is no difference in safety between the two groups.(5)Three months after the termination of the treatment, the recurrence of the two groups was followed up.There were 5 cases of recurrence in the treatment group, the recurrence rate was 19.23%;8 cases in the control group recurred, the recurrence rate was 36.36%;There was no difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),it can be considered that there has no difference between the two groups. The two groups of drugs have a certain role in improving the long-term clinical efficacy of kidney-yin deficiency type menopausal syndrome,Furthermore, the combination of TCM internal and external treatment used in the treatment group can be better. To control the clinical symptoms of this disease and improve the quality of life, the long-term efficacy is better. Conclusion: Zi shen yu yin fang combined with acupoint application can alleviate many symptoms of women before and after menopause. It is not only safe and reliable, but also has no obvious side effects. The acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and easy to operate. It provides a new strategy for the treatment of menopause syndrome through the combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, the development space is relatively broad, the implementation is convenient, and there is a broad mass basis, which is worth popularizing.
