The menopause Clinical divided into natural menopause and two artificial menopause, the former refers to the ovarian follicle depletion.the remaining follicle loss of response to gonadotropin.the ovarian follicle development and secrete estrogen no longer,can not stimulate endometrial growth, resulting in permanent amenorrhea state;The latter refers to ovarian failure caused by surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which led to the cessation of menstruation.Clinical diagnosis of menopause retrospective.stopped after12months were followed up for diagnosis.Menopausal syndrome refers to a range of menopause-related symptoms appear in premenopausal and postmenopausal women,belonging to one of the female reproductive endocrine diseases.The motherland medicine called" syndromes before and after menopause".Western medicine thinks:Disease and female estrogen decline is closely related to involve both the life, work pressure, the impact of eating habits.Motherland medicine thinks:the syndromes before and after menopause is mainly due to the kidney failure, tiangui failure caused by the imbalance of yin and yang and organs dysfunction syndrome.In recent years, many women facing premature menopause and psychophysiological symptoms aggravate the problem have a serious impact on daily life and work.Therefore,there is growing emphasis on health problems of perimenopausal women.It become the subject of many medical institutions.Objective:Through clinical observation of54cases of samples in order to understand the the "Gengnian Fukang Fang" in the treatment of Liver-kidney yin deficiency menopause syndrome, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism, providing more reference to the clinical use of drugs.Methods: The study subjects were consistent with the standard of the traditional Chinese medicine of syndromes before and after menopause with type of liver-kidney Yin deficiency,along with western medicine on menopause syndrome diagnosis criteria.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,A group of patients taking Gengnian Fukang Fang, the another group with Liu Wei Di Huang Pill, to take eight weeks for a course.To observe the improvement of traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and kupper-man scores to evaluate the validity of the Gengnian Fukang Fang.Statistical methods:we applicate SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis, use the X2test or exact test for measurement data, use t-test or Wilcoxon rank sum test for count data and use Ridit correlation analysis for ranked data.The result:In the end of this study.there are54cases that met the inclusion exclusion criteria and involved in the analysis.The Gengnian Fukang Fang group have30cases and there are24cases in Liu Wei Di Huang Pills group. Two groups were not statistically different (P>0.05) in age,disease duration, severity, kupper-man score and TCM symptom scores.Clinical observation showed:Liver-kidney yin deficiency menopause syndrome patients with significant hot flashes, sweating, sleep disorders, emotional irritability and dry stool, dizziness, tinnitus, dry mouth.weak waist, and endocrine and autonomicneurological disorders symptoms.After treatment,the scores of kupper-man and traditional Chinese medicine of syndrome are lower in both groups, but there is a significantly difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Obtained through the correlation test:the curative effect was not correlate with the age and Course of disease.The severity of illness and curative effect was positively correlated.During treatment had no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Gengnian Fukang Fang have a demonstrable effect on hot flashes, sweating, sleep disturbance, irritability.The curative effect is better than Liu Wei Di Huang group.It is an effective prescription for treatment of liver-kidney yin deficiency menopausal syndrome.
