Objective: This study takes a college in Jiangxi Province as an example to construct an evaluation system for the effect of undergraduate students in the clinical practice stage of master-apprentice education.Based on the investigation and empirical research results, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of clinical practice of undergraduate students of TCM are proposed.Reference for medical colleges and universities. Methods: This study mainly used literature research method, expert consultation method, analytic hierarchy process, questionnaire survey method and so on.Firstly, the literature research method is used to collect relevant literatures such as clinical internship effect evaluation research at home and abroad, and to discuss with experts in the fields of Chinese medicine and medical education, and systematically design a specific effect evaluation index framework.Secondly, the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to screen the indicators and determine the weight of the indicators,so as to complete the construction of the evaluation system of the teacher's effect in the clinical practice stage of TCM undergraduates. Finally,an empirical study was conducted through questionnaires, and the evaluation system was used to train 60 undergraduate internships of Chinese medicine majors in a university in Jiangxi Province(30 of them participated in the general internship,30 participated in the “General Internship + Master-apprentice Education”),and 30 The teacher-directed teacher conducts an empirical study and tests the consistency of the test results by using the intra-group correlation coefficient test method to verify the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation system.According to the feedback information obtained from the evaluation results, the evaluation system is revised and improved.Results:(1)The evaluation system of the effect of master-apprentice education for undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice stage is composed of three first-level indicators: thinking ability, clinical skills and inheritance ability of traditional Chinese medicine,10 second-level indicators and 26 third-level indicators.(2)The results of weight calculation of each index have satisfactory consistency. The weights of the first-level indicators are 0.3867 of TCM thinking ability,0.4640 of TCM clinical skills and 0.1493 of inheritance ability.(3)In the empirical study of the evaluation index system, through the analysis of variance of the data,it is concluded that the P value Sig.of the significance test of the three first-level indicators by successors and mentors is greater than 0.05,indicating that there is no significant difference between the self-rating of successors and that of mentors, that is to say, there is consistency between the self-rating of successors and that of mentors.(4)The average value of the evaluation results of interns(control group)in general practice is between 7.5 and 8.The average value of the evaluation results of interns(experimental group)in "master-apprentice education + general practice" is between 8.1 and 8.4.And the scores of the first-level indicators of thinking ability, clinical skills and inheritance ability of TCM in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the practice effect of "master-apprentice education + general practice" was better than that of general practice. Conclusions: The empirical results show that the evaluation system of the effect of master-apprentice education for undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice stage is scientific and reasonable. At the same time,we found some problems in the process of carrying out master-apprentice education for undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine in a university in Jiangxi. This study holds that the management of clinical practice teaching should be further strengthened from the perspectives of strict criteria for selecting tutors, improving the assessment system for teaching, improving the incentive mechanism and creating practical opportunities,so as to improve the quality of training TCM talents.
