As an important means of TCM inheritance for thousands of years,TCM Master-apprentice education are the main reason for the enduring popularity of TCM.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,Henan province has actively responded to the call of the national government and people.The paper combs the historical context of the development of TCM Master-apprentice education in HenanProvince which divides the development of TCMMaster-apprentice education in Henan Province into three stages to expound the development of TCM Master-apprentice education in Henan Province by analyzing the medical background of each stage,the reason and purpose of holding TCM Master-apprentice,The concrete situation ofTCM Master-apprentice,the historical achievements and existing problems of each stage.And the paper carry on the preliminary evaluationfor thedevelopment of the education ofTCM Master-apprentice to summarize the influenceof the old academic experience of inheritance of TCM,Chinese medicine talent cultivation and academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and characteristic specialized subject construction,and so on,to explore TCMMaster-apprenticeeducation mode and college education mode of combining site,put forward reasonable Suggestions for the development ofChinese medicine education.Which is mainly composed of document literature,the author uses the traditional research methods,refer to the Henan modern western and Chinese medicine school documents and related government units,and this kind of literature mainly comes from Henan province,city and county archives,libraries and local Chronicles.the author retrieval TCM Master-apprentice education related papers Using CNKI,CUVIP,Duxiu Knowledge Sarch,Wanfang database and Dacheng journal full-text database,strive to detailed occupy related historical materials,and through survey interviewed a lot of Henan province national famous old doctor of TCM,the author analyse the oral history and historical data find of the famous old doctor of TCM and truthfully restored the historical appearance of Master-apprentice education development.The author studies found that,according to the characteristics of the various historical stages from education of traditional Chinese medicine work for,to the development of the education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)since the founding of the Henan Master-apprentice is divided into three periods: the first stage is 1949-1954(the government is encouraging,the folk spontaneous organizations stage).In this period,education of Henan traditional Chinese medicine teachers was mostly voluntary,but it did not intervene.It was not very different from the past.The second stage was 1955-1989(governmental organization,unified management stage).Henan responded quickly to the policy of national government during this period,groping summed up a set of "recruit students,teaching content,unified management,the theory of concentration in class,scattered with teacher learning experience" the unity of the architect Master-apprentice method.In addition,the traditional Chinese medicine teacher has been in the forefront of the work of education,and has been a leading role model for the development of education in other provinces and cities.The third stage is from 1990 to present(the system is perfect,the form is various stage).Henan during this period from education to cultivate higher level of traditional Chinese medicine doctors of traditional Chinese medicine clinical,technical personnel and the development of better inherit the old Chinese medicine expert academic experience as the main target,through the continuous improvement of the policies and regulations,standardization and institutionalization of education gradually achieve the Master-apprentice,and continually and college education,continuing education,postdoctoral education,education of medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine and other forms of education,various forms,the system is perfect.Anyway,since the establishment of People's Republic of China,the work of TCM Master-apprentice education in Henan Province which in solving practical problems continuously heritage,innovation and development,has entered the rapid development of the new stage.And through the constant sound policies,the gradual improvement of the system,it gradually formed the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine from the education system.During this period,it has been in the front of the country many times,and have been a leading role model for the development of education in other provinces and cities.
