Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine experts in Chaoyang District and academic experience inheritance, the study was focused on the influence factors of apprentice education quality assessment. Discover existing problems and propose suggestions for improvement, in order to ensure the quality, improve the teacher apprentice education level of education to provide reference.Methods:Through literature research, searching Chinese HowNet retrieval (CNKI), Wan Fang medical database (Wanfang), VIP Chinese scientific journal database (VIP), PubMed, SpringerLink,summarizing country and various provinces and cities to learn work situation, as well as the influencing factors to learn education effect of progress. Using expert interview method, invited experts in related fields to consult and form the questionnaire. Using the questionnaire survey method, the object of the study was the management of community health service center, the mentor and the successor. The parties involved in the project and community patients were investigated.Results:2013 and 2014 of the two annual survey of the research results showed that, in the context of the country to vigorously support the development of the community, after one year of development, the scale and income of the 39 community health service centers were increased. Also, the outpatient and prescriptions of the teacher were enhanced significantly. After learning, the heir raised the degree of confidence when using the method of traditional Chinese medicine. And their theoretical level, dialectical skills, the ability to open Chinese herbal medicine prescription and the curative effects were improved. Patients approved the improvement of the heirs’Chinese medicine level. For the teacher’s teaching methods, the heir gave more than 8 points score. As for the best time of a week to learn and the normal cycle, experts’and students’selection were the same with the arrangement of the Chaoyang District, it showed that a week with the division of three half day and study for a period of three years is a reasonable choice. Experts on respect, heir’s learning attitude, community work environment, inheritance theory basis and went to community traffic condition scores were 8.38,8.51,8.07,8.03 and 7.47 points. At the same time, it has positive influence on the promotion of classroom teaching, rich clinical experience, new research ideas and so on. The heir gave the expert’s academic level, the theoretical level, the teaching activeness above 8 points. The promotion of recognition on their own, the vast majority of the heirs believe that they have improved; The manager recognized the overall level of experts and community medicine service capacity, but the change of outpatient visits to the relatively low satisfactioa Successors and managers have shown high enthusiasm to carry out next period of Chinese medicine experts grassroots project, willingness to participate is nearly out of 9 points. Because of the conflict between the teachers and the daily work, the teachers will continue to participate in the lower willingness, the average will be 6.69 points.Conclusion:The basic engineering of Chaoyang District traditional Chinese medicine experts have achieved certain results in learn education. First, the project enhance the level of the young Chinese medicine doctors in the community health service center, their basic traditional Chinese medicine theory, clinical skills, diagnosis and treatment confidence were improved in varying degrees. Second, the community’s traditional Chinese medicine service capacity was also improved. This engineering not only can reasonable distribution of outpatients, convenient community residents for medical treatment, but also achieved a number of stakeholders of the satisfaction, the project has a sustainable, with the promotion of value.
