Research Purpose(1)Build nursing basic skills of operation developmental teaching evaluation scheme;(2)Makestudents learn to self evaluation and stimulate the students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm,excavate students’ learning potential, enhances the student to study independently and lifelonglearning ability;(3)Summarizing the experience, for developing teaching evaluation in thesubsequent offer some basis。ObjectiveChoose nursing college of grade2007and2008nursing undergraduate208, will the level2007105nursing undergraduate as control group (already in skills training), a level2008103nursingundergraduate students as the experimental group (who attend skill training), historicalcomparison, two groups of exiting in gender, age, intelligence difference was statisticallysignificant (P>0.05), comparable.MethodsWhile the study group with developmental teaching evaluation method for training, thetraditional teaching mode control group training, two groups of teaching same content. Thestudents periodically test, and statistical results, after the training examinated them, and intraining the students after the release of the self-made questionnaire.Use SPSS13.0statistical software package, using a statistical description, t test methods,such as data were statistically analyzed.Results1. The assessment result:(1) In the training the students staged the exam results compared to two times result wasstatistically significant difference (P <0.05).(2) The training in the control group and the students the exam results compared to two groupsresult was statistically significant difference (P <0.05).2. Questionnaire results:Questionnaire on the attitude of the assessment from students, their confidence of study,students’ sense of cooperation, students’ reflection ability, students’ comprehensive ability andthe students’ individual desire several aspects, such as study students a variety of evaluation form,more for evaluation body and a number of evaluation content attitude is most like or love,students’ confidence, reflection ability and cooperation consciousness has greatly improved, most of the students said they would like to work together with the teacher evaluation standard for theevaluation, the content and evaluation method, all like diversification.ConclusionThis training received good effect, developing teaching evaluation method to make thestudents improve confidence of study and success, and improve the students’ comprehensiveability, digging up students’ learning potential. But in the development and application formshould also constantly sum up experience, improved step by step.
