Objectives To explore the effect of TOMATIS auditory-exercise training on improving the intervention of patients with sleep disorders in the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 1 138 patients with acute sleep cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,North China University of Technology, from October 2017 to August 2018,were divided into control group, music group and auditory-sports training group. The control group implemented daily care, the music group performed regular music training on the basis of daily care, and the auditory-sports training group performed the processed high-low frequency converted TOMATIS auditory-sports training on the basis of daily care.Trained twice a day for a total of one hour per day for 14 consecutive days.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Polysomnography(PSG)were used to compare subjective sleep quality before and after intervention. Objective sleep structure and process differences.2 All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 The Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare the results of polysomnography, and the Wilcoxon signed rank test was used for comparison within the group.Pittsburgh sleep quality refers to the quantitative analysis of the group using F analysis, group comparison using paired t test. Results 1 Sleep structure of three groups of patients 1)There was no difference in sleep structure between the three groups before intervention(P>0.05).2)Comparison of differences in sleep structure between the three groups of patients before and after intervention:(1)the ratio of total sleep time in NREM sleep time, the proportion of sleep time in total sleep time, and the total sleep time in the third period. The time ratio, the proportion of time in total 4 sleep time, the ratio of REM sleep time to total sleep time were higher than those in music group and control group(P<0.017);(2)music group in total sleep time in stage 4 sleep time The difference in proportion was higher than that in the control group(P<0.017).3)Comparison of sleep structure group before and after intervention in three groups:(1)ratio of total sleep time to total time of sleep in exercisesports training group, proportion of total sleep time in stage 3,total sleep time in stage 4,and REM The proportion of sleep time in total sleep time was longer than that before intervention(P<0.05);the ratio of NREM sleep time to total sleep time and the ratio of sleep time to total sleep time were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);(2)music group The proportion of sleep time in total sleep time was longer than that before intervention(P<0.05);the proportion of sleep time in total sleep time was lower than that before intervention(P<0.05);(3)differences in sleep structure of control group There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).2 Three groups of patients with sleep progress 1)There was no difference in sleep progress between the three groups before intervention(P>0.05).2)Comparison of differences in sleep progression between the three groups of patients before and after intervention:(1)Difference in the number of NREM micro-awake,1-5 sleep,3 sleep,4 sleep, and REM sleep time in the auditory-exercise training group Higher than the music group and the control group(P<0.017),the difference in the number of micro-wakes in the first phase was higher than that in the music group(P<0.017);the difference in the NREM sleep latency, the number of micro-wakes,and the number of NREM micro-wakes The value was higher than that of the control group(P<0.017);(2)the difference between the number of micro-awake,the number of NREM micro-awake,the number of micro-awake,and the fourth-stage sleep time of the music group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.017).3)Comparison of sleep progress before and after intervention in the three groups:(1)The auditory-exercise training group prolonged the sleep time, the 4th sleep time, and the REM sleep time before the intervention(P<0.05);the number of wakes was greater than 5 Minute awakening times,NREM sleep latency,micro-awake times, last sleep awakening time,NREM micro-awake times,1 time sleep time,1 stage micro-wake time,2 stage micro-wake times,4 stages of micro-wake The number of times and the number of REM micro-wakes were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).(2)The music group was prolonged in the 4th sleep period before the intervention(P<0.05);the number of wakes, the number of micro-wakes,and the NREM period The number of sensations, the number of micro-wakes in phase 1,the number of micro-wakes in phase 2,the number of micro-wakes in stage 4,and the number of micro-wakes in REM period were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);(3)the number of wake-ups in the control group,The number of micro-wakes,the number of NREM micro-wakes,the number of micro-wakes in phase 1,the number of micro-wakes in phase 2,and the number of REM micro-wakes were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).3 Subjective sleep in three groups of patients 1)There was no difference in sleep between the three groups before intervention(P>0.05).2)Comparison of sleep difference between the three groups before and after intervention: The auditoryexercise training group was higher than the control group in the difference of sleep quality(P<0.05).3)Comparison of sleep group before and after intervention in the three groups:(1)The scores of sleep quality, sleep time and sleep efficiency were decreased after intervention in the auditory-exercise training group(P<0.05);(2)the music group was sleeping. The quality and sleep efficiency scores were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);(3)the sleep efficiency scores of the control group were lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 TOMATIS auditory-exercise training can highly optimize the sleep structure of patients with cerebral hemorrhage;2 TOMATIS auditory-exercise training can properly adjust the sleep process of patients with cerebral hemorrhage;3 TOMATIS auditory-exercise training can effectively improve the subjective sleep quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Figure0;Table13;Reference 118...
