The Influencing Factors Of Constipation In Patients With Acute Stress Disorder After Stroke

Objectives To description the current situation of constipation in stroke patients with acute stress disorder,to explore the influencing factors of constipation,for providing the basis for taking measures.Methods Selected from November 2015 to August 2016 Tangshan City,North China University of Medicine Hospital of Neurology,neurosurgery diagnosis of stroke,and psychiatrists diagnosed with ASD patients as the object of study,the application of the Rome III standard for patients with constipation 106 patients with constipation and a constipation were selected as the control group.243 patients with stroke and ASD were selected as control group.A questionnaire was designed by trained investigators on ASD patients with stroke,and the influencing factors of ASD after stroke were analyzed.The data were analyzed and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software package.The single factor analysis was analyzed by chi-square test and multivariate analysis.Results1Univariate analysis showed that age,educational level,type of taste,dietary taste,edible spicy food,edible vegetable variety,edible coarse grains,daily drinking water,smoking,drinking,post-admission exercise,hospital bed activity time,Status,economic burden,ADL,stroke type,whether there are basal ganglia lesions,hemiplegia,swallowing dysfunction,heart disease,anxiety,depression,social support,family care and stroke ASD patients with constipation.2 multi-factor analysis showed that: age,low level of education,introverted personality type,eating tastes,eating spicy food,less than 6 kinds of edible vegetables,daily drinking water less than 1000 ml,after admission exercise,hospital bed activity time is less than 30 minutes,no retirement,family economic burden,ADL need to rely on,hemorrhagic stroke,hemiplegia,heart disease,anxiety and emotional mood,low level of social support is the main factor affecting the occurrence of constipation in stroke patients with ASD.ConclusionsAfter stroke,ASD patients with constipation more influential factors,older,low level of education,introverted personality type,consumption of spicy food,edible vegetable species less than 6 species,do not eat coarse grains,daily drinking water less than 1000 ml,smoking,drinking,Post-admission exercise,hospital bed activities less than30 minutes,no retirement,family economic burden,ADL need to rely on depression,family care in the low level of stroke is the risk of ASD patients with constipation risk factors...
