| Objectives Analysis risk factors of cancer patients with acute stress disorder has great significance on the prediction of ASD risk of cancer patients and the targeted psychological intervention and treatment.Methods Based on the hospital-based case-control study,the patients with cancer in 28 days of cancer patients were studied in Tangshan people's hospital from November 2015 to June 2016,and the acute stress group(n = 120)and acute stress group(n = 120)were selected by the Stanford acute response questionnaire(SASRQ).Using the case-control study,the general situation,treatment,disease related situation,social support,cancer coping,and other factors,chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors of acute stress disorder in cancer patients.Results The univariate analysis of the acute stress disorder in cancer patients showed that the age,residence,family average monthly income,family burden,family main economic pillar,difficulties in stress,work status,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,nausea,vomiting,stool,cancer stage,cancer coping level were related to cancer acute stress disorder(p < 0.05).The results show that the place of residence in rural,urban,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,Before,cancer late stage,negative response to cancer,constipation,diarrhea is the risk factors of acute stress disorder,and the corresponding or value size.According to OR value,arrange of the risk factors were negative treatment of cancer,living in rural areas or towns,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,before trauma history,radiotherapy and constipation.In clinical applications,patients affected seriously by above factors can be treated with psychological intervention and targeted psychological treatment to prevent or slow the occurrence of ASD.Conclusions The place of residence in rural towns,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,constipation,previous trauma history,advanced cancer,cancer response level difference are the risk factors of acute stress disorder. |
