Research On The Supply Priority Of Health Service Industry Based On The Perspective Of Supplyand Demand Adaptation

ObjectiveUnder the strategic framework of healthy China,the development of health service industry has become an active choice to meet the diversified needs of residents for health services and promote economic transformation and upgrading.At present,the health service industry is in the initial stage of development.The contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.In this context we take A district of Chongqing as an example,the purpose of this study is to propose the priority order of health service industry supply from the perspective of supply and demand adaptation and combine with the supply basis of A district,try to put forward development suggestions to reduce the contradiction between supply and demand,and provide decision-making reference and thinking reference for the development of regional health service industry.MethodsIn this study,the literature method was used to sort out the researchstatus of the health service industry,and on this basis,completed the design of the questionnaire.SWOT analysis and expert interview were used to understand the development environment and current supply situation of health service industry in sample area.Questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain quantitative information such as residents' health service satisfaction and demand.Results and ConclusionsWe divided residents' demand for health services into five levels.the first level is: basic medical insurance,the second level is professional public health services,primary health care services and hospital services.The third level is commercial health insurance service and health consulting service and sports and fitness service.The fourth level is rental and retail services for health-related products.The fifth level is social health service,health publishing service and health education service,respectively denoted by A,B,C,D and E.According to the principle of "demand first,satisfaction second",the final priority of health service supply was: A >B > C > D > E.Level A should be placed in the strategic position of priority development.Level B should be placed as the focus and core of the development of health services.Level C should focus on providing more health services to meet different needs on the basis of regional development status.Level D and Level E health services should be selectively improved and optimizedaccording to their own development level.SuggestionsIn order to reduce the inefficient supply,and meet the diversified health service demand of residents,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions based on the supply status and supply priority of health service industry in the sample area: First,given priority to the development of basic medical insurance industry,make commercial health insurance service play a complementary role.Second,strengthen the resource allocation and enhance the capacity of primary health care services.The third is to build a diversified medical structure and enrich the hospital service level.Fourth,develop sports and fitness services and improve residents' health literacy.Fifth,pay attention to the cultivation of the concept and consciousness of national health.
