Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of shoulder pain caused by glenohumeral subluxation after cerebral apoplexy with the method of kinetic acupuncture on distal points, and to provide a new idea for finding a more effective treatment for this kind of disease. Methods:A total of 60 patients with shoulder pain caused by glenohumeral subluxation after cerebral apoplexy who met the clinical criteria were divided into two groups by random number table method, the group of kinetic acupuncture on distal points method and the group of traditional treatment of three fixed acupoints of the shoulder. On the same basic treatment, the treatment group were selected distal acupoints of the meridians depending on the location of the shoulder pain(mainly taking Yuji,Hegu,Zhongzhu,Houxi, multiple sites for pain on multiple points). After normal acupuncture treatment, the doctor assisted the patient with passive upper limb movement.Patients in the control group were treated with the traditional treatment of three fixed acupoints of the shoulder(Upper limb of the affected side was selected Jianyu,Jianqian,Jianzhen).Patients were given acupuncture once a day, seven times for a course of treatment,a total of three courses. The cases in both groups were evaluated by AHI,VAS,FMA,and the overall efficacy before and after treatment. All the data summarized in the experiment were statistically analyzed using SPSS24.0 software.Results:1.Efficacy analysis:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.28%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.37%,which was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).2.VAS score analysis:the difference of VAS scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared and analyzed, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.FMA score analysis:the difference of FMA scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared and analyzed, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.AHI value analysis:the difference of AHI values between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared and analyzed, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The two treatmen methods all have certain curative effect on shoulder pain caused by glenohumeral subluxation after cerebral apoplexy.2.The curative effect of kinetic acupuncture on distal points is obviously better than the traditional treatment of three fixed acupoints of the shoulder, indicating that the methods of kinetic acupuncture on distal points is better and should be worthy of further clinical application.
