Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by the kinetic acupuncture on distal points of the affected meridians.Comparing the difference of clinical efficacy among the three treatment methods, that is,the kinetic acupuncture on distal points of the affected meridians, the selecting acupuncture on distal points of the affected meridians and shoulder three-needle therapy. It provides a new and effective treatment for shoulder periarthritis. Methods:This study included 99 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder who met the inclusion criteria, according to 1:1:1 ratio was divided into three groups, the treatment group and the control group I,the control II(n=33).The treatment group was treated with the kinetic acupuncture on distal points on the affected meridians. The points were LU10,LI4,LI20,SJ3,SJ23,SI3 and SI19,the method were the acupuncture with the combination of the movement on the shoulder. After acupuncture, the needle was used for 30 minutes, manipulating the needles every 10 minutes.6 days was a course, treating for 4 weeks.VAS,Constant-murley and ASES were used as the index, and the results were recorded and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results:1.VAS:Before treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were tested to be consistent with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance.Single-factor analysis was performed on P=0.546(P>0.05),indicating that the VAS scores of the patients in the three groups before treatment were comparability. After treatment,VAS scores of the three groups were compared within the group. The normal distribution was tested and paired sample t test was used. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that after treatment, the three groups of methods could reduce VAS pain score. The treatment group compared with the two control groups.According to the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, single factor analysis was adopted. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Control group? compared to control group ?,statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the control ? is superior to the control group ?.Treatment group compared to control ? group, statistically significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that treatment group is better than that of control group ?and control group ?.2.Constant-murley:Before treatment, the Constant-murley scores of the three groups were tested to be consistent with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance.Single-factor analysis was performed on P=0.700(P>0.05),indicating that the Constant-murley scores of the patients in three groups before treatment were comparability. After treatment,Constant-murley scores of the three groups were compared within the group. The normal distribution was tested and paired sample t test was used. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that after treatment, the three groups of methods could restore shoulder joint mobility. The treatment group compared with the two control groups.According to the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, single factor analysis was adopted. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Control group ? compared to control group ?,statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the control ? is superior to the control group ?.Treatment group compared to control ? group, statistically significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that treatment group is better than that of control group ? and control group ?.3.ASES:Before treatment, the ASES scores of the three groups were tested to be consistent with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance.Single-factor analysis was performed on P=0.357(P>0.05),indicating that the ASES scores of the patients in the three groups before treatment were comparability. After treatment,ASES scores of the three groups were compared within the group. The normal distribution was tested and paired sample t test was used. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that after treatment, the three groups of methods all could improve shoulder joint function. The treatment group compared with the two control groups.According to the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, single factor analysis was adopted. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Control group ? compared to control group ?,statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating the control ? is superior to the control group ?.Treatment group compared to control ? group, statistically significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that treatment group is better than that of control group ? and control group ?.4.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.75%,while in the control group ? and the control group ?,the total effective rate was 74.19%and 87.50%.After statistical analysis, treatment group total effectiveness is better than that of the control group ? and control group ?,control group ?total effectiveness is better than that of the control group ?,suggesting treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, treatment group effect is significantly more than control group ?,control group ?.Conclusion:1.It is effective to treat the periarthritis of shoulder with kinetic acupuncture on distal points of the affected meridians, bettering than the two control groups.2.The kinetic acupuncture on distal points of the affected meridians can obviously improve the pain symptoms in shoulder joint, restore the activity degree of shoulder joint and improve the function of shoulder joint.
