Objectives To discuss the effect of glenohumeral subluxationt in hemiplegic patients with Shoulder correction sling. To observe whether it can improve the motor function of upper limb, reduce subluxation, relief pain, compared with traditional methods. Methods Collected 62 cases of hemiplegic patients with shoulder subluxation. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 31 cases in each group.Traditional methods were used in all patients, at the same time, the experimental group also use Shoulder correction sling. Fugl-Meyer(FMA) function, visual analogue score(VAS), upper limb shoulder dislocationpalpation(shoulder palpation) and the acromion and humeral head measurements(AHI) were evaluated at 30 days, 60 days of treatment and before treatment. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS17.0.Results 1 The effect in the same group after treatment: the effect after treatment at 30 days and 60 days is more significant than before the treatment(P<0.01), patients function improved obviously after treatment at 30 days and 60 days. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of shoulder palpation of test group decreased to71.0% and the control group decreased to 80.6% after treatment at 30 days. The positive rate of shoulder palpation of test group decreased to 22.6% and the control group decreased to 51.6% after treatment at 60 days. 2 Comparison between the two groups before treatment: FMA score, VAS score, AHI value of patients, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);the positive rate of shoulder palpation was 100%. 3Comparison between the two groups at 30 days of treatment: FMA score, VAS score, AHI value of patients, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05); 4Comparison between the two groups at 60 days of treatment: FMA score, AHI value, the experimental group of patients were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The positive rate of shoulder dislocation palpation in experimental group lower than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Comparison of two groups of patients with VAS pain score, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions In this study, three kinds of correction sling were combined, such as Giv Mohrsling, Bobath volume and Rolyan rotator cuff sling, to overcome the upper limb traction by gravity when the patient is sitting, standing and walking. And it can fix shoulder joint, improve the level of dislocation and the vertical dislocation, correct the scapula spin state, maintain the normal shape of shoulder joint, improve the motor function of upper limbs and the degree of glenohumeral subluxation. But there is no significant effect of reducing pain. In conclusion, Shoulder correction sling can be used in clinical application after GHS rehabilitation training.
