Clinical Observation Of Chushi Sanjie Decoction In Treating Nodular Prurigo With Eczema-Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of dehumidification and dispersal decoction,this study further explored the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine using "dehumidification and detoxification,removing blood stasis and dispersing knot" in the treatment of nodular itching rash,and confirmed its effectiveness and safety.The research nature was clinical observation.Methods:Sixty patients with prurigo nodularis who met the included diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Chushi Sanjie Decoction,once a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,orally.The control group was given fuyang granules(chuanxiong rhizome,kochiae fructus,xanthium sibiricum fruit and safflower).Functions and indications: dehumidifying and detoxifying,removing blood stasis and resolving hard mass.1 bag once,2 times a day,take it with warm water.The treatment group and the control group took 15 days as a course of treatment,with a total of 4 courses of treatment.Result:After clinical observation,4cases(13.33%)were cured,16 cases(53.33%)were significantly effective,6cases(20%)were effective,and 4 cases(13.33%)were ineffective in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 86.67%.In the control group,1 case(3.33%)was cured,6 cases(20%)were significantly effective,15 cases(50%)were effective,and 8cases(26.67%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After statistical analysis,P< 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical study showed that dehumidification sanjie decoction was effective in the treatment of nodular itching rash and dampness and stasis syndrome,with no obvious adverse reactions,and was worthy of clinical promotion.
