Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Xiaodu Decoction In Thetreatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis Disease With Hyperactivity Of Heat Poisoning

Objective:This paper discusses the efficiency and safety of the Jiawei Xiaodu decoction in treating Subacute thyroiditis disease with hyperactivity heat poisoning by observing its clinical efficiency and the impact on patient-related laboratory tests,thus providing references for clinical application.Methods:The standard of 66 patients with Subacute thyroiditis disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Xiaodu decoction,the control group was treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets,observing the patients' changes in TCM symptoms,objective signs,ESR and CRP.The two groups were treated within four weeks(28 days)of treatment course.After one continual treatment course,the data is statistical analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 93.8%and the control group was 80.6%,There were obvious differences between two groups(P<0.05);2.After treatment,two groups of the Chinese medicine symptom integral were obviously reduced than before,and the difference was statistically signi-ficant(P<0.05).Among them,goiter,pain of thyroid,fever,palpitations,tremor,thirsty,headache had reduced obviously,the treatment group surpassed the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the FT3 and FT4 had significantly decreased than before in both of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the TSH had significantly increased than before and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the CRP and ESR had significantly decreased than before in both of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.There was no significant change in liver function and renal function between the before and after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and there were no adverse events of liver and kidney disfunction during the experiment.Conclusions:1.Jiawei Xiaodu decoction can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of subacute thyroiditis disease with hyperactivity heat poisoning,most of all,it has significant curative effects to relieving the symptoms of goiter,pain of thyroid,fever,palpitations,tremor,thirsty and headache.2.Jiawei Xiaodu decoction can significantly reduce the level of FT3 and FT4 in subacute thyroiditis disease with hyperactivity heat poisoning,and increase the level of TSH.3.Jiawei Xiaodu decoction can significantly reduce the level of CRP and ESR in subacute thyroiditis disease with hyperactivity heat poisoning.4.The treatment of Jiawei Xiaodu decoction in patients with subacute thyroiditis disease(hyperactivity heat poisoning)has security.
