Study On The Experience Of Professor Lin Xiao Feng's Clinical Treatment For The Essential Hypertension Of Based On Date Mining

Objective:Retrospective analysis of clinically effective primary hypertension treated by Professor Lin Xiaofeng using modern computer data mining technology,preliminary analysis of the rules of diagnosis and treatment for essential hypertension,in order to provide ideas and objective basis for the treatment of primary hypertension with Chinese medicine.Metho ds:This topic collects the medical records of Professor Lin Xiaofeng in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension,then incorporating and excluding medical records according to relevant standards and using these medical records that meet the standard to establish a database by Microsoft office Excel 2013.Finally,using State13 software,the data is analyzed and summarized using data mining methods such as frequency statistics analysis,cluster analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.General statistical results: a total of 120 cases were included,with a total of 301 diagnoses.There were 49 males and 71 females.The average age is59.34±11.41 years old,mostly in middle-aged and old age.2.Statistical results of common symptoms of essential hypertension:dizziness,palpitations,insomnia,spontaneous sweating,chills,chest pain,headache,fatigue,shortness of breath,fear of heat,head inflation,constipation,chest tightness,etc,dizziness has the highest frequency of performance.When blood pressure rises,the most common manifestations are dizziness and headache.3.Statistical results of commonly used prescriptions for essential hypertension: Tianma Gouteng Decoction,Huangjing Sicao Decoction,Zhengan Xifeng Decoction,Chaichen Zexie Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,Xuefu Soup,erxian decoction,Jianye soup.4.Statistical results of essential hypertension drugs:A total of 124 kinds ofdrugs were used for treatment.Among them,the drugs used more than 20%frequently include Poria cocos,Licorice,Achyranthes root,Motherwort,Abalone Shell,Eucommia,Gastrodia elata,Prunella,the rhizome of chuanxiong,Scutellaria,Uncaria,raw keel,raw oyster,parasitic loranthus,Rehmanniae radix,gardenia,Herba Siegesbeckiae,Astragalus membranaceus,Herba Siegesbeckiae,Tortoise plastron,Scrophulariaceae,Asparagus,Yinchen,Chuanlianzi,Polygonatum,chrysanthemum.The main types of drugs aretonic medicine,Pinggan Xifeng medicine,heat-clearing medicine,Blood-activating and Stasis-removing Drugs,and diuretics for eliminating dampness.Drugs of cold,warm and peaceful nature are more common in the four Qis,the highest rate of cold drugs.Among the five tastes of the drug,sweet flavor is the most frequently used,followed by bitterness.Channel distributions of the drug entering the liver meridian are the most,followed by the heart,kidney and spleen meridian.5.The results of drug combination calculations using cluster analysis methods: Licorice,Poria cocos;Amomum villosum,Radices saussureae,Salvia;Eucommia,Achyranthes root;Gardenia,parasitism,Caulis polygoni multiflori;Yam,Peony bark,Hawthorn;Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra;Pseudostellariae,Atractylodes;Raw keel,Raw oyster;Peach kernel,Safflower,Red peony,Angelica;Pinellia,Tangerine peel;Asparagus,Scrophulariaceae,Yinchen,Chuanlianzi;Shijie,Cistanche,Basil.Conclusions:1.Professor Lin Xiaofeng's common syndromes for the treatment of essential hypertension: liver-yang hyperactivity ? yin deficiency and yang excess ? deficiency of kidney essence ? liver-kidney yin deficiency ? yin-yang deficiency?phlegm turbidity internal obstruction?blood stasis obstruction.2.Professor Lin Xiaofeng's commonly used Chinese medicines for the treatment of essential hypertension are classified as follows: Reinforcing deficiency medicine?Liver-Pacifying Wind-Extinguishing Medicinal?Antipyretic?blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal ? Diuretic Dampness Excreting Drugs.3.Professor Lin Xiaofeng's medicinal properties in treating essential hypertension are as follows:cold and flat.The taste of traditional Chinese medicine is sweet and bitter.Commonly used important meridians are liver meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian.4.Professor Lin Xiaofeng first distinguishes between deficiency and excess,then distinguishes Zang and Fu in the treatment of essential hypertension,attention should be paid to the consolidation and protection of healthy qi,and the inclusion of phlegm and dampness,blood stasis,qi stagnation and other pathological factors should be considered.
