An Empirical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Cough From Sip Drinking Based On Data Mining

Objective:To analyse cases of respirtory experts in treatment of chronic cough,summarize medical empirical research based on data mining method,and further de epen the understanding of the throry of phlegm and retained fluid.Methods:Collecting cases of patients treated by respiratory specialists headed b y professor Wu Weiping in respiratory outpatient department for over two years.All patients' clinical information are recorded.Firstly make the initial basis standardized.According to the inclusion criteria,accurate and complete medical records are selec ted,and the corresponding contents are recorded into the medical record collection p latform,which can be checked repeatedly to ensure the accuracy of the information.Through the "statistical report system" and "data analysis system" module,general i nformation,drugs and prescriptions are analyzed by frequency analysis,and the corre sponding and contact of medicine,symptom and syndrome are focused on by access to analysis of the complex network algorithm.Finally analyze the mining results,th e induction,extract and summary.Results:132 cases were included,and 114 patients of chronic cough were treat ed in this study,most are young and middle-aged female.The common clinical man ifestations include:pharyngeal itching,adverse pharyngeal,white phlegm,plenty of p hlegm,thick phlegm,dry and bitter mouth,etc.The frequency of the use of warm drugs was the highest,followed by cold and peaceful drugs.The acrid drug is the most frequently used,followed by bitter and sweet drugs,and a small amount of ac id.The most frequently used prescription is Chai Pu Soup,followed by Small Blue Dragon Plus Gypsum Fibrosum Decoction,Liuwei Minor Bupleurum Decoction and Banxia Houpo Decoction.The key symptoms to apply Banxia Houpo Decoction are dry mouth,sneezing,frequent nocturia,air-cooled sensitive,glue,white phlegm,runn y nose,dark tongue color,pharyngeal itching,etc;frequent combined prescriptions ar e Small Blue Dragon Plus Gypsum Fibrosum Decoction and the Decoction of Cinna mon Twigs Plus Houpo and Xingren.The key symptoms of Chaipu Decoction are p haryngeal itching,dry mouth,white phlegm,thick phlegm,pharynx adverse,sweat,1 arge tongue,defecate dry,dry throat and bitter mouth,etc;frequent combined prescri ptions are Small Blue Dragon Plus Gypsum Fibrosum Decoction,the Decoction of Cinnamon Twigs Plus Houpo and Xingren and Guo Min Decoction.The key sympto ms of Liuwei Minor Bupleurum Decoction are dry mouth,itching throat,without phl egm or little phlegm,shortness of breathe and chest discomfort,etc;frequent combin ed prescriptions are Zhizi Chi Decoction and Danggui Shaoyao San.The key sympt oms of Small Blue Dragon Plus Gypsum Fibrosum Decoction are plenty of phlegm,dry mouth,white or yellow phlegm,runny nose,air-cooled sensitive,watery phleg m,sweat and bitter mouth,ect;frequent combined prescriptions are Chai Pu Soup an d Banxia Houpo Decoction.Conclusion:phlegm and retained fluid are important pathological factors of chro nic cough,clinical treatment of them are not the same,it's very important to identif y retained fluid.They often cause disease together with other pathologic factors,ext erior syndrome,endog-enous wind,heat syndrome,turbid phlegm and blood-stasis are primary double syndromes.Since Shaoyang Disease is a main accompanying syndro me,teratment needs to pay attentiong to dredging.Moreover,relieving the exterior sy ndrome,calming wind,dissipating phlegm and promoting blood circulation are impor tant adjuvant principles.Flexible use of Classical prescriptions to treat chronic cough is effective.
