| Objective: To use data mining technology to mine and summarize the database literature and the medication rules of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of essential hypertension(phlegm-dampness syndrome),and to summarize and analyze the general characteristics and treatment methods of the disease.The new prescriptions for clustering were obtained,in order to provide certain clinical medication reference for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:(1)Search keywords to collect literature data that meet the inclusion criteria,and summarize and organize the information of the included literature data,including literature name,author,drug,etc.;(2).Collect and screen the period from May 2018 to 2021 According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 107 effective prescriptions were collected from the outpatient cases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guoyitang in December;(3).By using SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25 software to analyze and excavate the Category,nature and flavor,meridian homing,frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine,drug combination and other information,and finally get the new prescription through systematic cluster analysis.Results:(1).A total of 105 prescriptions were screened in this literature research part,involving 140 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of the drugs reached 1176,of which there were 28 drugs with a frequency greater than 10 times,and the cumulative frequency was 74.32%;The medicines are qi-tonifying medicine,diuresis and dampness medicine,qi-regulating medicine,wind-relieving and spasm-relieving medicine,phlegm-resolving medicine and blood-activating medicine,with a total proportion of 80.66%;the four qi of the medicine are the most warm and peaceful,with a total proportion of 80.45 %;the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and acrid;the drugs for the treatment of primary hypertension with phlegm-dampness syndrome are mainly classified into the spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,and liver meridian;two flavors were excavated through association rules There are 13 drug combinations and 9three-flavor drug combinations;5 new clustering prescriptions are obtained through systematic cluster analysis.(2)The 107 prescriptions included in the clinical research part involved 153 medicines,with a total frequency of 1913,and 30 high-frequency medicines(frequency > 20),which are commonly used medicines for the treatment of high blood pressure due to phlegm-dampness.Medicines,blood-activating medicines,external-relieving medicines,tranquilizing medicines,phlegm-resolving medicines,and heat-clearing and damp-drying medicines accounted for 72.37% of the total.They are the main types of medicines for the treatment of this disease.The meridians are liver,lung,spleen,and heart.Through association rule mining and cluster analysis,9 groups of core two-flavor drug combinations,4 groups of three-flavor drug combinations,and 4 new clustering prescriptions were obtained.Conclusions:(1).The traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of primary hypertension with phlegm-dampness syndrome is based on the core compatibility of invigorating qi,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,calming the liver and quenching wind,and promoting blood circulation.The most frequently used properties of medicines are warm,flat,sweet,pungent,and bitter;the main meridian is the spleen,lung,and liver.(2)The principle of treatment of primary hypertension with phlegm-dampness syndrome is to invigorate Qi and spleen to strengthen the body,remove blood stasis,dry dampness,and resolve phlegm to remove pathogenic factors.(3)The clustered new prescriptions obtained by systematic cluster analysis can be used as the basic prescription for the treatment of primary hypertension with phlegm-dampness syndrome or combined with liver-yang hyperactivity,blood stasis syndrome,heat syndrome and other diseases. |
