Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular pressed by thumb intradermal needle combined with acupuncture in treating vertigo of hyreractiving liveryang,so as to provide effective means for clinical treatment.Method:Sixty patients with vertigo of hyreractiving liver-yang were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture, which was applied to Baihui,Fengchi,Neiguan,Taichong,Hangjian,Xiaxi and Taixi. After obtaining the Qi,the patients in the control group were intervened by the teirling-reducing method and the needles were all retained for 30 minutes each time. The treatment was given once a day,and has 6 times in a week. The patients in the treatment group were treated with auricular pressed by thumb intradermal needle on the basis of the traditional acupuncture. The auricular points were occipital, subcortical, inner ear, adrenal gland, sympathetic, liver and gallbladder, and regularly pressed for one minutes,3-4 times a day.The needles were removed after 2 days, and continued to be buried at the opposite auricular points,3 times a week. One session was consisted of a week and totally 2 sessions were given. In the two groups of patients, the general information were collected before the treatment and changes of the DHI integral,Vm of LVA,RVA and BA measured by TCD and the integral of the TCM symptoms of vertigo were observed before and after the treatments. Finally, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. All data was analyzed by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:1.There was no significant differences in gender, age, disease duration and risk factors(P>0.05).2.After the treatment, the DHI score,TCD index and the integral of TCM symptoms of vertigo were compared in each group, and the results were better than those before the treatment(P<0.01).The treatment of both groups had an effect.3.After the treatment, the DHI score,TCD index and the integral of TCM symptoms of vertigo were compared between two groups, and the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The results suggested that the treatment group is more significant in improving the degree of vertigo, quality of life, and vertebra-basilar artery blood supply in patients than the control group.4.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,and that of the treatment group was 93.33%.According to the rank sum test,Z=-2.335,P=0.038(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group is more significant than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatments of treating vertigo of hyreractiving liver-yang are both effective in auricular pressed by thumb intradermal needle combined with acupuncture group and traditional acupuncture group.2.The auricular pressed thumb intradermal needle combined with acupuncture group is more significant in improving the degree of vertigo, quality of life, and vertebra-basilar artery blood supply in patients than the traditional acupuncture group.3.The clinical efficacy of auricular pressed by thumb intradermal needle combined with acupuncture group are better than the traditional acupuncture group.
