Objective:To studythe clinical outcomes of treatment usingTshape lockingcompression plate in comminuted and intra-articular fractures of distal radius。Methods:Orthopaedics, Affiliated The Second Hospital of Dalian MedicalUniversity of Traditionalto meet the inclusion Hospitalized patients of unstable radiusdistal fracture43patients,45side hospitalized since October2011to September2012。two cases in which bilateral。In gender.21male side,20cases,24female side,23cases。In age distribution, the maximum age of82years, the minimum age is24yearsold。 Which according to the AO classification B-type21side, C-type24side.Reasonable plan, preoperative assessment, including the preoperative diagnosis andimaging studies assessments, make sure has no other associated injuries and sufferingfrom circulation, respiratory diseases in Department of Internal Medicine;if Suffer fromthe other diseases in Department of internal medicine or other injury, wait for Stablecondition and then treated with operation。 Reasonable arrangements for the operationtime; attention to the operation carefully, prevent other damage happening;postoperative reasonable guidance in patients with functional exercise;actively toprevent the occurrence of complications. All patients had closed fractures,All patientswith the palm side of the treatment,Intraoperative use of volar T-LCP internalfixation。Based on the contrast of the volar tilt, ulnar deviation, radial shorteningpreoperation and postoperation.and according to the score of the Gartland-WerleyFunction of wrist joint to Evaluation of its efficacy.the efficacy of this fixed way tomake systematic estimateResults: Patients have their regular follow-up after discharge, through observationafter8-15months of follow-up all the fractures were union。 The average healing timewas9weeks。 Patient according to the X-ray indicators of the follow-up。 To measurement of volar tilt, ulnar deviation and the articular surface of the distal radiuswere in the normal range, no dislocation. No axial shortening of radius.Patients withgood recovery of wrist activity.according to the results of score in the Gartland-WerleyFunction of wrist joint41sides were excellent,3sides good1sides fair, The excellentand good rate is97.77percent。Conclusions: Unstable distal radial fractures in the surgical treatment of T-shapedlocking compression plate (T-LCP) fixation is an effective treatment method。Has theadvantages of simple operation, reliable fixation, screw withdrawal rate is low, lesscomplications。And can make the patients with early functional exercise, promote therecovery of wrist joint function of maximum degree。It is worthy of clinical application。...
