Summary Of Professor Liu Liangji's Clinical Experience In Using Yinqiao Mabo Powder

Objective: To explore professor Liu Liangji's understanding and application of Yinqiao Mabo Powder,and to study the medication rule of Yinqiao Mabo Powder.Methods: 1.By collecting and sorting out the clinical cases of professor Liu Liangji using Yinqiao Mabo Powder,consulting ancient literature,analyzing the theoretical basis of Yinqiao Mabo Powder in the treatment of different diseases,combining with the clinical experience of professor Liu Liangji,to explore professor Liu Liangji's understanding and application of Yinqiao Mabo Powder.2.Data processing and database establishment of the collected medical records are carried out by using the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5).Using the statistical report system,data analysis system and association rule Apriori algorithm in the platform,the medication rule of Yinqiao Mabo Powder used by professor Liu Liangji was studied.Results: 1.Professor Liu Liangji believes that the use of Yinqiao Mabo Powder is closely related to the throat,but not limited to the throat.Based on the analysis of the regularity of meridian circulation,the passage of meridians and the characteristics of meridians,many meridians in the twelve meridians pass through the throat,throat and viscera interact because of the connection of meridians,visceral lesions can be reflected in the throat through the action of meridians.Therefore,according to the pathogenesis of "damp-heat depression obstructingthroat",Yinqiao Mabo Powder can be used to treat viscera diseases and throat,which is helpful for curing diseases.2.A total of 149 medical cases were sorted out and screened,and 206 prescriptions containing silver were used.Through data mining method,it is concluded that 206 prescriptions containing Yinqiao Mabo Powder involve 22 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine diseases,the order of frequency exceeding10 times is cough,pulmonary distention,depression,cold,lactating moth,insomnia,exogenous fever.The top 10 prescription medicines were Forsythia suspensa,honeysuckle,burdock,shoot-dry,ma bo,ginger,Pinellia ternata,licorice,Poria cocos and jujube.The frequency of meridian attribution of prescription drugs is more: lung meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian,large intestine meridian,small intestine meridian,etc.(frequency > 200).Analysis of drug use association rules: 72 drug use patterns and 76 association rules were obtained when the support and confidence were 75% and 0.95 respectively.Core medicines 9 flavors,respectively,honeysuckle,Forsythia suspense,dried shoot,Ma bo,burdock,ginger,Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,licorice.Analysis of association rules of medication for diseases with cough as main symptoms:when the support degree is set at 20% and the confidence level is 0.6,the commonly used prescriptions are Yinqiao Mabo Powder,San ao decoction,Ping wei san,Ban xia Hou pu Decoction and Wen fei decoction.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Liangji used Yinqiao Mabo Powder as the theoretical basis for the meridian circulation law,paid attention to the diagnosis of throat in clinical practice,closely linked to the pathogenesis of "damp-heat depression obstructing throat",and used this method in the treatment of a variety of clinical diseases.It embodies Professor Liu Liangji's clinical application of Yinqiao Mabo Powder in the treatmentof pharynx and larynx,not just pharynx and larynx.2.Professor Liu Liangji pays attention to the combination of heat-clearing,detoxification,pharynx-promoting and dampness-removing methods in the treatment of various clinical diseases.
