Study On The Syndrome And Treatment Regularity Of Wu Bingcai Use Of Yinqiao-Mabo Powder Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on the medical case of Wu Bingcai,a master of tradi tional Chinese medicine,the syndrome and treatment rules of Yinqiaomabo powder is analyzed through data mining,which provides new ideas for clinical selection.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,Wu Bingcai,a master of trad-itional Chinese medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Unive-rsity of Chinese Medicine,used the medical cases of Yinqiao-mabo po-wder to establish a database of Yinqiao-mabo powder medical cases th-rough Microsoft Excel 2019.SPSS Statistics 25.0 software was used t-o analyze the frequency of symptoms,modified Chinese medicine,synd-rome elements,tongue pulses,diseases,and combined classical formul-a prescriptions.R Studio programming software was used to analyze t-he association rules and cluster analysis of symptoms,modified Chin ese medicine,syndrome elements,and tongue pulses.Results:1 Frequency analysis results:(1)Symptom frequency analysis results:The statistical symptom freque-ncy reached 1813 times,a total of 95 symptoms.The top six symptoms were red throat(117times,57.1%),dry mouth(89times,43.3%),pharyn-x obstruction(77times,37.6%),insomnia(68times,33.2%),sore thro-at(67times,32.7%),and cough(65times,31.7%).(2)Tongue and pulse images frequency analysis results:the top three tongue images were red tongue(129times,62.9%),thin white coating(63times,30.7%),yellow greasy coating(55times,26.8%).Pulse images st-atistics,mainly involving 9 kinds of pulses,the cumulative frequen-cy reached 476 times.Among them,the first 3 places are string pulse(149times,72.7%),cun floating pulse(77times,37.6%),and finesse pulse(72times,35.1%).(3)Analysis results of modified Chinese medicine frequency:192 modif-ied Chinese medicine,the cumulative frequency reached 1877 times.Th-e top 5 modified Chinese medicine in the frequency of drug use were Gancao(124times,60.5%),Fuling(108 times,52.7%),Fabanxia(90 times,43.9%),Chenpi(78 times,38.0%),and Zhebeimu(66 times,32.2%).(4)Syndrome elements frequency analysis results:A total of 14 syndro-me elements were extracted,including 7 symptom factors of disease q-uality and 7 symptom factors of disease location.Its symptom factors of disease quality mainly involve dampness,hot,phlegm,wind,blood deficiency,dryness,cold,and the symptom factors of disease locati-on are mainly throat,lung,heart,spleen,stomach,liver,bladder.(5)Analysis results of the frequency of TCM diseases:A total of 22 d-iseases were counted,and the top 7 diseases were cough(56 times,27.3%),gastric scabies(33 times,16.1%),insomnia(26times,12.7%),chr-onic pharyngitis(24times,11.7%),palpitation(21 times,10.2%),stomac-hache(8 times,3.9%),fever(7 times,3.4%).(6)Analysis results of the frequency of classical formulas are combin-ed with the Yinqiao-mabo powder:it contains 22 classical formulas,and the cumulative frequency reaches 135 times.The frequency greater than or equal to 2.0%contains 6 classical formulas,including Wend-an decoctio(64 times,31.2%),Sangxing decoction(18 times,8.8%),Xingren decoctio(11 times,5.4%),Fulingxingrengancao decoctio(9 tim-es,4.4%),Gegenqinlian decoction(6 times,2.9%),and Xiaochaihu de-coction(4 times,2.0%).2 Association rule analysis(1)Analysis results of association rules for high-frequency symptoms:14 association rules were obtained after results of the association rule of the evidence:After an-alysis,the association analysis of 14 elements was obtained.And th-e correlation with higher parameters Cluster analysis results(1)Symptom cluster analysis results:high-frequency symptoms were clu-stered into 5 categories,and symptom combination 1 category was cou-gh,itchy throat,phlegm,and dry cough.The combination of symptoms 2 types is sore throat,constipation,dry throat,follicles prolifera-te in the posterior pharyngeal wall,bitter mouth,fatigue,abdomina-1 distention,aversion to cold,sticky mouth,belching,acid reflux,sweating,abdominal pain,and bad appetite.The combination of sympto-ms was 3 types of headache,dizziness,awakening,dreamful sleep,di-fficulty falling asleep,palpitations,insomnia,chest tightness,ir-ritability.The combination of 4 types of clustered symptoms was phar-ynx obstruction and dry mouth.The cluster core symptom group 5 types is red throat.(2)Tongue and pulse images clustering analysis results:the core tong-ue and pulse images was clustered into 5 categories.And 1 category is thin yellow fur and cun wang.Combination of 2 category is string pulse and red tongue.Combination of 3 category is yellow greasy fur,sinking pulse,finesse pulse.Combination of 4 category is cun float,thin white fur.Combination of 5 category is light red tongue,whi-te fur,yellow fur,tooth prints tongue,rapid pulse,weak pulse,sof-t and floating pulse,light tongue,moderate pulse,slippery pulse.(3)Clustering analysis results of modified Chinese medicine:the core modified drugs were clustered into 5 categories,and the modified Ch-inese medicine combination 1 category are Ziwan,Baixianpi,Aidicha,Jiegeng,Baibu,Kuandonghua.The 2 type of modified Chinese medicine combinations are Chaihu,Baiqian,Houpu,Huangqin,Zisugeng,Jiaozhiz i,Huanglian,Chuanxiong,Zhimu,doukou,Dazao,Suanzaoren,Huashi,San-gye,Shouwuteng,Chaozhishi,and Xiangfu.The 3 type of modified Chin-ese medicine combinations are Gancao,Fabanxia,Chenpi,Zhuru,Chaoz-hike,and Fuling.The 4 type of modified Chinese medicine combinati ons are Zhebeimu,Jiangcan,Chantui,Duanmuli,and Wangbuliuxing;The 5 type of modified Chinese medicine combinations are Pipaye,Yujin a nd Xingren.Conclusion:Professor Wu Bingcai believes that Yinqiao-mabo powder is mainly treated with "syndrome of wind-dampness and heat attacking t-he upper orifices,dampness impediment qi activity" as the basic pa thogenesis,the disease is located in the throat,which can involve t-he lungs,spleen and stomach,the heart and liver.The cause is main-ly ’wet evil’,with "wet,phlegm,heat,and wind" as the main synd-rome elements,and the disease belong to excess syndrome.Syndrome a-nd prescription of Yinqiao-mabo powder is used for lung,heart,sple-en and stomach diseases.Clinically,the indications for the applica-tion of Yinqiao-mabo powder are red throat,swelling pain,pharynx o-bstruction,sputum stagnation,congestion of posterior pharyngeal wal-1,follicles proliferation in the posterior pharyngeal wall,cun flo-ating pulse,cun wang,soft and floating pulse,string pulse which be-come prominent symptoms and signs at a certain stage of the disease.It is also treated according to the complications,and the use of modified classical formula prescriptions(Xingren decoction,Wend an decoctio,Suanzaoren decoctio,etc.)that we acquire a significant effect.
