| Objective: By collecting and sorting out the literature of chronic nephritis from pharynx,this paper applies data mining technology to summarize and analyze the experience of treating chronic nephritis from pharynx and the rule of drug use.Method: Through the retrieval system,CNKI,VP database,Wanfang database,Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM-Disc),MEDLINE database,and the full text database of China's master's degree thesis are retrieved from the literature of pharyngic treatment of chronic nephritis,including 42 documents,123 prescriptions and 188 flavors.Through the establishment of EXCEL database,the information is entered into traditional Chinese medicine traditional auxiliary platform(v2.5)data mining system.Frequency analysis is used to obtain high frequency syndrome,medicine,four gas,five flavors and meridians.Cluster analysis is used to obtain the original core drug combination and new combination.Finally,the syndrome and treatment of chronic nephritis from pharynx are summarized.Result: 1.syndromes 18 categories,common syndrome types: Hot knot throat syndrome,damp heat syndrome,Qi Yin two deficiency syndrome,damp heat steaming throat syndrome,external sensation wind heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,lung kidney qi deficiency syndrome,wet soaking syndrome,wet soaking syndrome,liver kidney kidney yin deficiency syndrome.2.drugs and 188 flavors,including 64 flavors of more than 5 times,the first 10 drugs are:honeysuckle,forsythia,cicada,Rhizoma Ophiopogon,Radix Ophiopogon,Platycodon grandiflorum,Radix Scutellariae,Radix scariti,Radix Codonopsis and silkworm;it is distributed in the antipyretic drugs,antiphlegm drugs,expectorant antitussive antiasthmatic drugs,Pinggan breath medicine,Lishui permeable and humidifying drugs.3.the four drugs and five tastes are mainly cold,flat,cool,sweet and bitter,mostly in kidney,lung,liver and spleen.4.set up the rule,support of the number is set to 24,the confidence level is set to 0.6,a total of 279 in accordance with the conditions,including 13 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine(honeysuckle,forsythia,cicada,root,Radix scrooniae,silkworm,Radix Paeoniae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,licorice,Platycodon grandiflorum,Ophiopogon japonicus,mustard);medicine rule analysis of 1968,confidence analysis,confidence analysis,confidence analysis 1968,confidence analysis of drug rules,confidence analysis,confidence analysis of drug rules,confidence 1968,confidence analysis of drug rules,confidence,confidence analysis,confidence analysis of drug rules,confidence 1968,confidence analysis of drug rules,confidence The degree or more than 0.99 is 21,of which the first five of the confidence are Hedyotis baicalensis-> Scutellaria baicalensis;silkworm-> cicada;Forsythia forsythi,Radix scaritiphae-> honeysuckle;Scutellaria baicalensis,silkworm-> cicada;Forsythia-> honeysuckle.5.the new party analysis,the correlation degree is set to 9,the penalty degree is set to 2,has obtained 2,3,4 kinds of drugs 3 kinds of clustering,2 drugs 119,3 drugs 27,27 drugs.9clusters were extracted,and 9 new prescriptions were made up of deficiency,heat and hemostasis.Conclusion: Through frequency analysis,cluster analysis,complex system entropy clustering analysis and other methods to data mining of 42 articles,the pathological basis of the treatment of chronic nephritis from pharynx is the dysfunction of viscera.This is the deficiency of the disease,which often occurs in the delay of chronic disease,and the pathological factors such as heat,blood stasis and water wetness are the standard,and most of them appear in the emergency of the disease.The period of sexual aggravation.Most of the clinical prescriptions are based on clearing away heat,reinforcing deficiency,stopping bleeding,and promoting diuresis.To provide reference for clinical application of chronic nephritis from pharynx. |
