| Objective:On the basis of respecting the original works,this paper systematically collates and summarizes the characteristics of Li Dong yuan’s oral powder,and the rules of its prescription and medication,in order to provide reference for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 1.Based on the basic research materials of the Four Great Physicians of Jin and Yuan Dynasty collected in the library of our university,all the oral powder in Li Dong yuan’s works were collected.After standardized deal with in advance Excel was used to establish the application database of oral powder and the drug database of powder composition.2.Using the traditional literature review method to consult the relevant medical history data,and sorting out the suitable diseases and solvents of oral powder,and summarizing the influencing factors of Li Dong yuan’s good use of powder and the clinical use rules of oral powder;3.Using data mining methods to summarize the prescription and medication rules of Li Dong yuan’s oral powder.The general frequency statistics of the four drug properties,five tastes,meridians and efficacy were carried out from the two aspects of the overall composition of the oral powder and the composition of the spleen and stomach powder.SPSS data analysis software was used to analyze the association rules and cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs of spleen and stomach powder.Results: 1.A total of 119 pieces of Li Dong yuan’s oral powder were collected,involving50 kinds of diseases.The diseases of spleen and stomach were the most common,which belonged to the dominant category of Li’s oral powder,with 41 pieces of spleen and stomach powder.The solvents used for oral powder include water,wine,medicine juice,tea,rice soup,slurry water,vinegar,boy urine,etc.2.In general,the oral powder involves 160 Chinese herbs,and the spleen and stomach powder involves 83 Chinese herbs.Decoction of Four Noble Drugs and Makes up benefits the gas decoction are two core basic prescriptions based on the high-frequency drugs of the two.The drugs used in the two groups were highly consistent in nature,taste and meridians.The four qi were mainly warm,the five flavors were spicy,bitter and sweet,and the spleen,stomach and lung were the meridians.In terms of drug efficacy,the oral powder mainly focuses on tonifying deficiency,relieving surface and clearing heat,while the spleen and stomach powder mainly focuses on Makes up benefits the gas decoction.Both of them also pay special attention to the use of drugs for promoting water and wetting.3.In the analysis of the association rules of the high-frequency drugs of spleen and stomach powder,15 association rules were obtained,12 core drugs and 13 groups of common drug pairs.Among them,the six groups of drug pairs with the highest confidence were"Astragalus membranaceus,ginseng","Astragalus membranaceus,Tangerine peel","raw licorice,Tangerine peel","Magnolia officinalis,Tangerine peel","Poria,ginseng,Atractylodes rhizoma","Atractylodes rhizoma","Atractylodes rhizoma".Poria "and so on.In the cluster combination analysis of the high-frequency drugs of spleen and stomach type powder,four kinds of drug combinations were obtained,such as white cardamom,Rhizoma fructus,Rhizoma alismatis,Magnolia officinalis,Astragalus membranaceus,ginseng,citrus peel,Atractylodes,Poria cocos,Areca nut,Rhizoma alba,Rhizoma coptidis,raw licorice root,Bupleurum,Cohosh,Angelica pinellia,dried ginger,fried licorice root.Conclusion: The reasons why Li Dong yuan was good at using powder medicine included the influence of the specific historical environment and his own clinical experience.The diseases that Li used to take powder orally were broad and extensive,but he did not lose his personal characteristics of emphasizing spleen and stomach.It has the advantages of practical,flexible and timely application.In general,the use of oral powder is preferred to warm and tonic,promote the spleen and stomach,and clear and reduce Yin and fire.In the use of spleen and stomach powder,on the basis of supplementing the spleen and stomach,supplemented by products that regulate respiratoy metaboism and dampness,so as to make it tonic without stagnation. |
