BackgroundsAcute pharyngitis is a common clinical disease,about 40?60%of which is caused by virus.Yinqiao Mabo Powder is from "Item Differentiation of Warm Febrile Diseases",can clearing heat,with the effect of detoxicating and relieving sore throat.Clinical studies show that Yinqiao Mabo Powder is quite effective for upper respiratory infection,acute laryngitis,and hand,foot and mouth disease,etc,forsythia,honeysuckle,Fructus Arctii and Belamcanda chinensis have been reported to exhibit antiviral activity,so Yinqiao Mabo Powder has potential value for developing new drugs for acute viral pharyngitis.No pharmacodynamics study on Yinqiao Mabo Powder for acute viral pharyngitis has been reported yet.ObjectivesTo develop quality control research on Yinqiao Mabo Powder.To study the antiviral activity of Yinqiao Mabo Powder on Adenovirus,Coxsackie virus and influenza virus in vitro,and on influenza virus in vivo.To study the relieving sore throat,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and A,chlorogenic acid,galuteolin,Arctiin and irisflorentin in forsythia,honeysuckle,Fructus Arctii and Belamcanda chinensis by HPLC based on the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 version).1.2 antipyretic effect of Yinqiao Mabo PowderThe experiment results showed that Yinqiao Mabo Powder has good relieving sore throat and anti-inflammatory effect,which can provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of pharyngeal inflammation;and it has outstanding analgesic and antipyretic effects.
