Objective: Lumbar disc herniation is one of the common causes of pain and numbness in lumbar and lower limbs, and it is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic. With the change of human life style, the incidence of lumbar disc herniation is increasing year by year, which has an impact on the daily activities of patients.A safe and effective treatment method has become a widespread demand of the public, and it is also an urgent task to be solved by orthopaedics and traumatology department nowadays.Significance: In the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment, through observing and evaluating the clinical curative effect of the patients, this topic clarifies the role and advantages of fixed-point rotating reduction combined with tendon manipulation in clinical practice, and provides the basis for clinical treatment. And through this study,to explore Professor Du Shuangqing's use of this method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, inherit and carry forward Professor Du Shuangqing's clinical experience in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 122 patients with Lumbar disc herniation who met various criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized control, with 61 cases in each group(One case in each group fell off during the study). The treatment group was treated with fixed-point rotation reduction of lumbar spine combined with tendon-soothing maneuver, while the control group was treated with tendon-soothing maneuver and oral administration of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets,Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Result:1.Routine examination: Before and after the clinical treatment, all the patients involved in the study were examined by laboratory and electrocardiogram, and no abnormal results were found. No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment, and no allergies occurred to the drugs.2.General data analysis: There was no significant difference in gender, age, body mass index, course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.VAS pain score was measured before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment:VAS pain score after treatment and 3 months after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment, and VAS pain score in treatment group was better than that in control group after treatment and 3months after treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).4.JOA score measurement before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment: JOA score of the two groups after treatment and 3 months after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment.JOA score of the treatment group after treatment and 3 months after treatment was better than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy:Among the total efficiencies obtained,The result of the treatment group was 91.7%.Compared with the treatment group, the total effective rate of the control group was only 80.0%.Compared with the control group, the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fixed-point rotation reduction of lumbar spine combined with tendon-soothing maneuver and tendon-soothing maneuver treated with and oral administration of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets all the two treatments can treat lumbar disc herniation, but the former is more effective, and the long-term effect is better.
