The Clinical Study Of The Three-step Comprehensive Treatment Forthe Giant Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the three-step comprehensive treatment for the giant lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods:120patients with the giant lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, And projections and sagittal lumbar canal diameter ratio of CT values greater than or equal half, patients were randomly divided into three groups. Conservative group,40patients received conventional lumbar massage, traction, physical therapy and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment; experimental group,40patients received comprehensive three-step method (the first,ozone ablation for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and then needle knife release the external adhesions, and finally to fixed-point rotation reduction) for the treatment; surgery group,40patients received laminectomy discectomy treatment.Results:the three-step comprehensive treatment can improve the great symptoms of lumbar disc herniation, the clinical efficacy of that therapy is a higher rate than the conservative group, and also is safer than the surgery group, reducing the risk of complications caused by the surgery. Discussion:the three-step comprehensive treatment has a good clinical efficacy with the giant lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
