The Clinical Observation Of Spinal Rotating Reduction In Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:Discussion spinal rotation reduction method for lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy。Methods:Choose between September 2014 and September 2014, our hospital patients with 60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, adopts parallel randomized controlled principle will be randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases, control group adopts traction technology; Traditional Chinese medicine bag hot compress,2 times a day, every time 20 minutes; Aescuven forte, the spirit of 0.15 to 0.3 grams each time,2 times a day. Technology specific operation is as follows:application of traction electric intermittent traction device (Japan ITO ultrashort wave co. manufacturing), is given priority to with intermittent traction, traction 90 seconds, intermittent 3 seconds, the patient supine, traction weight is about 1/10 weight, traction treatment time 20 minutes at a time, once a day,14 days for a period of treatment, the traction after the patients take the hypothesis.The treatment group received spinal point reduction method and other symptomatic treatment. Were observed before and after the treatment of pain and quality of life improvement.Results:VAS scores were lower after treatment 2 groups of patients, the treatment group reduced obviously; Two groups patients JOA scores were increased after treatment, the treatment group increased more obviously; Two groups after treatment in patients with temperature increase, the treatment group increased more obviously. Painful conditions treated patients was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Spine rotation reduction method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical conservative treatment widely used.
