Observation On The Curative Effect Of Two Kinds Of Traditional Kinesithera Py Combined With Fixed-point Rotational Manipulation In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: Lumbar Disc Herniation is a common and frequently occurring disease in orthopedic department,which seriously affects patients' physical and mental health,labor ability and living quality.Through the clinical observation of the therapeutic effect and the clinical value of two kinds of traditional kinesitherapy which is called the Flying Swallow Type and Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation combined with the Fixed-point Rotational Manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide more diagnosis and treatment methods and theoretical basis of traditional sports therapy and scientific guidance for lumbar disc herniation patients.In the future,it will provide the basis for the patients with lumbar disc herniation to choose the correct exercise action,interference time,intensity of action,scientific guidance of the exercise.Moreover,the study enrich the clinical treatment means.Methods: 60 patients of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups: Flying Swallow Type group and Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation group,30 patients in each group.Record the name,age,medical history,physical examination and imaging performance of the patients with lumbar disc herniation.Ask the patients to fill in the JOA score and VAS score table and guide the Flying Swallow Type group and Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation.Both patients were given conventional massage relaxmanipulation and the Fixed-point Rotational Manipulation.In addition to the above treatment methods,the Flying Swallow Type group was added with Flying Swallow Type exercise,and the Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation group was added with Wohu Pushi exercise.One treatment course lasted for 4 weeks,and the patients were treated for once a week.After one course of treatment,patients 'clinical symptoms,physical signs,JOA and VAS scores of the two groups were compared,and finally the statistical treatment and analysis were carried out in order to evaluate the difference of the curative effect of two kinds of traditional kinesitherapy combined with Fixed-point Rotational manipulation in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Results: There were total 64 patients of Lumbar Disc Herniation were collected,the Flying Swallow Type group including 33 patients which 30 patients were effective and 3 patients abscise,the Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation group including 31 patients which 30 patients were effective and 1 patients abscised.Before the treatment,there were no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,JOA score,VAS score,lumbar flexion,and the elevation degree of Lasegue sign of the affected side between the two groups(P>0.05).1.JOA score: After treatment,JOA score compared with those before treatment,two groups were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.VAS score: After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).3.Lumbar flexion: After the treatment,the lumbar flexion of the two groupswere significantly increased compared with those before the treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).4.The elevation degree of Lasegue sign: After the treatment,the straight leg raising degree of the two groups were significantly increased compared with that before the treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the elevation degree of Lasegue sign of the Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation group were significantly improved.5.Clinical efficacy: The total clinical effective rate of the Flying Swallow Type group was 73.33%,of which 2 cases were cured,3 cases were effective,17 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total clinical effective rate of the Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation group was 80.00%,of which 1 case was cured,2 cases were effective,21 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the effect of the Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation group was significantly higher than the Flying Swallow Type group.Conclusions: 1.The Flying Swallow Type and the Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation combined with the Fixed-point Rotational Manipulation can obviously release the pain symptoms of the patients,improve the lumbar flexion activity,and have a significant therapeutic effect.2.Compared with exercising the Flying Swallow Type and the Posture of Wohu Pushi of The Classic of Sinew Transformation,the later one can better improve the elevation degree of Lasegue sign,improve the movement disorder of leg.Moreover,it can improve the curative effect,efficiency and quality of life of patients.3.the Fixed-point Rotational Manipulation combined with Kinesitherapy has the advantages of curative effect,which has high safety and low recurrence rate.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
