Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Spinal (fixed-point) Rotation Reduction Method Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Compress To Treat Lumbar Disc Herniation (blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation Type)

Research purposes:In 16 cases diagnosed as blood and qi stasis type in patients with lumbar disc prolapse by applying the method of Feng's Spinal manipulation(FSM)with TCM hot compress comparison research,medical treatment and analysis of relevant data,to explore TCM hot compress technique in the treatment to restore spinal internal and external balance,relieve pain and improve the lumbar vertebral function.Methods:A total of 32 hospitalized patients diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation between January 2018 and March 2019 in the orthopaedic ward of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine of the air force general hospital were included,including 16 patients in the experimental group,including 11 males and 5 females,aged(41.88±15.42)years.There were 16 cases in the control group,including 9 males and 7 females,aged(37.25±11.31)years.VAS,JOA and ODI scores were collected during the pre-treatment,post-treatment and 3-month follow-up,respectively.SPSS22.0was used for data analysis,and the correlation was observed.Results:Through the experimental group and control group respectively before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment for VAS,JOA and ODI scores.VAS score before treatment trial group,(5.31±1.77),the JOA(14.56±4.60)and the ODI(26.69±7.35),the VAS score(2.06±1.38)after treatment,the JOA(22.56±4.17)and the ODI(14.06±7.23),statistically significant compared with before treatment(p<0.05);The VAS scores(0.75±0.93),JOA(25.69±2.77)and ODI(9.63±4.34)were significantly different from those after treatment(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no statistical difference in VAS score before treatment(p>0.05),which was comparable.VAS,JOA and ODI scores were significantly different after treatment and 3 months after treatment compared with the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Feng's Spinal manipulation(FSM)can significantly relieve patients with lumbocrural pain and other clinical symptoms and improve the function of patients with lumbar spine,supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine for external use after manipulation treatment or Tong apply,both inside and outside the maintain technique treatment effect,restore spinal balance and relieve pain,improve the lumbar vertebral function also can receive better curative effect.
