Observation group with blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy plus loc al picking therapy:1blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy with the Da-z hui point, lung shenshu point. Operation:enjoin patients lie prostrate and revea1their back,use pricking method on the pointsafter disinfected with75%alcoho l,cup the points using the small glass jar about10mins,then use a dry cotton ball to wipe clean,if there is bleeding,remove the tampon after it stops bleedin g;Local picking therapy:choose more apparent of pimples or pustules,use local picking therapy on them after routine disinfection, squash them with the disin fection swab near the pus,and ensure necrotic tissue and slag powder sample c ompletely ruled out clean until the pus cavity squeeze fresh blood.2control g roup:only use Tretinoin RETIN properly on the skin. Observation indicators (1) the main symptoms of change, including the oil of skin lesions, skin lesions, skin color changes, the properties of skin lesion counts, sore of skin lesions.
