Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of bloodletting therapy on patients with facial acne erythema, and to explore its clinical efficacy and safety,so as to provide a new method for the treatment of acne erythema.Methods:Twenty-seven patients with facial acne erythema who visited in the dermatology clinic of the First Hospital of Wuhan from January2019 to March 2019 were selected.By the split-face control study, the right face was selected as the treatment group which was treated with bloodletting once a week for a total of three times and the left face as the control group was not treated. The photos of both sides of the patient were collected before each treatment and a week after the last treatment, and the erythema color and area were analyzed by Photoshop software. At the same time, the erythema scores of both sides were analyzed by VISIA skin detector, and the color of the local erythema and capillary condition were observed by using a hand-held dermatoscope. To observe the changes of erythema color and area, erythema scores on both sides of the face before and after treatment, and to compare the changes of erythema color and capillaries under the dermoscope.Satisfaction evaluation was performed on both sides of the patient, and the patient's adverse reactions and recurrence were interrogated and recorded during treatment and follow-up.Results:1.The degree of disease in the two groups before treatment was relatively uniform and comparable.2.The erythema color and erythema scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01),but the erythema area was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The improvement of erythema chromaticity and erythema scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in erythema area between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The color of local erythema was gradually lightened as treatment times increased under the hand dermoscopy, and the vascular diameter and density of some patients with telangiectasia were decreased.5.It made a significant difference that the satisfaction rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 100%and 92%(P<0.01).6.Only 2 patients had unbearable pain during operation, and no adverse reactions of needle sickness and skin infection were observed.Conclusions:1.Bloodletting therapy can effectively improve skin lesions in patients with facial acne erythema, with definite efficacy.2.Bloodletting therapy has no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of acne erythema, with high safety.
