ObjectiveTo explore the content of the knowledge system on dementia, and to construct a nursing education knowledge syetem on dementia suitable for geriatric practicing nurses,so as to provide reference for making targeted training plans.Methods1.We searched the domestic and foreign databases according to the retrieval strategy, and searched professional websites of dementia, and obtained relevant literature on dementia nursing education.2.Reference the relatd literature,a knowledge item pool was preliminarily formed.Combined with the research objective, the knowledge demand questionnaire on dementia nursing education was designed. The knowledge demand for dementia nursing education of clinical geriatric nurses was investigated, and the knowledge system was initially constructed.3.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on preliminary knowledge items, and finally formed a nursing education knowledge system on dementia for geriatric practicing nurses.4.AHP is used to construct the judgment matrix, calculate the weight and combination weight of all levels of indicators, and evaluate the relative importance of all levels of indicators Results1.Understanding the dementia care education development situation by reviewing the domestic and foreign literature, determine the dementia care workers core competence framework in United Kingdom and the dementia site(HEDN)nursing core curriculum(3rd edition)as the theoretical framework,a preliminary knowledge of dementia care education system contains consisted of 6 first-level indicators,69 second-level index.2.Geriatric nurses have a high demand for knowledge education, their demand is concentrated on the "dementia symptoms management, communication and support, dementia prevention and screening",the demand of ethics legal knowledge and stress management knowledge is low, they expected to increase environmental management, early diagnosis in the knowledge system,Conclusion the results of literature review and questionnaire survey,a preliminary questionnaire was formed,it consisted of 6 first-level indicators,81 second-level index.3.A total of 21 experts in related fields were consulted. The effective recovery rates of the two rounds were 100%.The authority coefficient was 0.87.In the first round,Eighteen experts have opinions, and in the second round,5 experts have opinions. The Kendall coefficient was 0.239 and 0.266.In the first round, there were 3 items with the mean < 3.50,and 6 items with the coefficient of variation of > 20%.In the second round, there was 1 items > 20%.,the remaining indicators all met the inclusion criteria. The final knowledge system consisted of six first-level 6 indicators, and 89 second-level indicators.4.According to the results of AHP,"Symptom management for dementia patients" accounts for the biggest, accounts for 0.307,"Overview of dementia" accounts for 0.244,"Dementia communication and support" accounts for 0.193,"Dementia prevention and screening" accounts for 0.144,"Dementia caregivers stress management" and "dementia ethics and law",which has a small proportion, its ratios are 0.063 and 0.049.ConclusionGeriatric nurses have a high demand for dementia care education;the final knowledge system is scientific and practical; The weight setting of each part is relatively reasonable, which can provide theoretical basis for medical institutions to carry out targeted dementia nursing education plan.
