Objective To observe whether the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)based on network can increase the return visit rate,improve the medication compliance and therapeutic effect.Methods Totally 215 GERD patients who visited the department of gastroenterology of the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2016 to April 2017 were selected as study objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group has 103 cases,of which mean age was 39.0±8.3years old.The control group has 112 cases,of which mean age was40.7±7.2 years old.The control group adopted the outpatient diagnosis method by face-to face,and the experimental group was followed up by network-based management using WeChat.Efficacy was assessed using the GerdQ scale.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the return visit rate(86.4%)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(71.4%)(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the experimental group(90.3%)was higher than that of the control group(77.7%)(P <0.05).The treatment efficiency of the experimental group(86.4%)was higher than that of the control group(72.3%)(P <0.05).Conclusion The network-based management of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease can increase the rate of return visit,improve the medication compliance and therapeutic effect. |
