PurposeThrough medication adherence questionnaire survey to understand influence extra-pulmonary TB patients after discharge medication compliance, the main factors to evaluate multimode back after discharge medication compliance in patients with extra-pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods1. The extra-pulmonary TB patients medication compliance and the research of self-efficacy. Using the convenience sampling method, extraction from June 2014 to December 2014 nanjing combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital within 6 months after hospitalization and discharge of lymph node tuberculosis and spinal TB patients questionnaire, a total of 100 patients and use SPSS 19.0 results for statistical description.2. For diversified review of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis patients after discharge. Study of effects of medication adherenceThe purposive sampling method is adopted, the-selection from January 2015 to June 2015, Nanjing combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital scrofula and orthopaedic research standards of a total of 140 patients. Using randomized method divided the patients into the experimental group and control group in 70, and the control group accepted routine hospital pays a return visit, the experimental group by the review team using the method of diversification pays a return visit to hospital patients return visit. The application Chinese revision medication adherence scale, TB knowledge questionnaire investigation, more patients in the hospital after 1 month,3 months,6 months medication adherence, TB knowledge and the change of urinary tuberculosis antibody detection results.Results1. Extra-pulmonary tuberculosis patients after discharge medication compliance and the patient’s health care, education, age, income, living ways, self-efficacy, self-efficacy of the higher, the higher the medication adherence.2. Experimental group patients at 3 months,6 months after hospital discharge of patients with medication adherence and 1 month after discharge of medication adherence compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 6 months after hospital discharge, the experimental group patients for TB knowledge degree score is significantly higher than the control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); 3 months after discharge, the experimental group in urine in patients with tuberculosis antibody negative negative number comparison group is low, statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and 6 months after hospital discharge, the experimental group in urine in patients with tuberculosis antibody negative number is lower than the control group, difference has the obvious statistical significance (P<0.05); 6 months after hospital discharge, the experimental group patients because not regular medication and repeat hospitalization of patients is lower than control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion1. Extra-pulmonary tuberculosis patients after discharge medication adherence and self-efficacy were positively correlated, which the higher self-efficacy, medication adherence is higher.2.2. The multimode back can improve the medication compliance of extra-pulmonary TB patients and control of TB knowledge, reduce the cases of tuberculosis antibody in patients with urine negative, reduce caused by irregular medication of patients hospitalized repeated proportion, improve the effect of treatment.
