| Objective: To explore the application of OHDSI-CDM database in the field of health hotline.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Shanghai Health Hotline data,we draw the ten major medical and health topics of Shanghai citizens,and put forward policy suggestions.Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test were performed on the status analysis of Shanghai Health Hotline including the caller,time,organizations assigned,types of visit,and department.In the analysis of the top ten medical and health topics,computer language(Python)was used for nature Language processing analysis.Results: The principles of establishing the standard of OHDSI-CDM database were expounded.And according to the actual describing data of 12320 Health Hotline,the establishment method and path of OHDSI-CDM database based on health hotline data were preliminarily clarified.The 12320 Health Hotline in Shanghai covers a wide range of categories,including complaints,suggestions,consultation,reporting,and help.Also,the calls involves most tertiary and secondary hospitals in Shanghai,and all common departments.For the analysis of subject of callers,there are more complaints in male than the female caller.For the type of medical treatment,outpatients are more than emergency cases,and the inpatient type is less than outpatient but more than the emergency type.The top ten medical and health topics of Shanghai citizens are service attitude,consultation of hospital and medicine,fees,drugs,registration,the Family Planning,medical tangle,ambulances,environmental health,illegal medical practices,and immunization.The main complaints are poor service attitude,arbitrary charging,difficulty in registration,inconvenient purchase of drugs,long waiting time for ambulances,and illegal medical practice.Conclusion: The ODHSI-CDM database can be used in the storage and analysis of Health Hotline data.Health administrative departments can get feedback of health care services from the public according to the 12320 Health Hotline data,which can help improve the quality of medical services and the degree of satisfaction of citizens. |
