Obj ective:The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial acupuncture in emotional region on mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction,so as to provide new ideas and more effective treatment for this diseaseMethods:76patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases). The treatment group used emotional region repetitive transcranial acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture method, while the control group used traditional acupuncture method.Points were selected as Baihui,Sishencong,Fengfu,Taixi(bilateral),Xuanzhong(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral)Each needle was retained for 30 minutes,6 days as a course of treatment, and one day of rest in the middle. Both groups were treated for four courses. At the same time, both groups took Anlishen 5 mg orally before going to bed, each time.Once a day. Before and after treatment,ADL(Barthel modified scale),MMSE scale and MoCA scale were used to score the patients in the two groups, and statistical analysis and curative effect evaluation were carried outResults:1.ADL(Barth el Modified Scale)score comparison:the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment, there were significant differences(p<0.05);after treatment, the treatment group and the control group in the comparison between groups, there were significant differences(p<0.05)2.Comparing the scores of MMSE scale:There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(p<0.05);after treatment, there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05).3.Comparing the total score of MoC A seal e:There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(p<0.05);after treatment, there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05).4.MoC A scale score comparison:for visual space and executive function, attention and computational ability, delayed recall and orientation, there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(p<0.05);after treatment, there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05).For naming, language and ion, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(p>0.05);after treatment, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p>0.05).5.The total effective rate of the two groups was 8 8.89%in the treatment group and 69.44%in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Repetitive transcranial in emotional region acupuncture group and traditional acupuncture group can improve mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.2.Repetitive transcranial in emotional region acupuncture group is superior to the traditional acupuncture group in improving mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction, especially in improving visual space and executive function, attention and calculation, delayed recall and orientation, and in improving daily living ability.
