| Objective: By comparing the efficacy of eye acupuncture with ordinary acupuncture,the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction was evaluated,which provided an objective basis for the clinical treatment of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.Methods: The 60 patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction we re randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.Eye acupu ncture treatment group 30 cases.Ordinary acupuncture control group30 cases.There w as no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,degree of education and Course of the disease.The treatment group was treated with eye acupunctur e treatment,and the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture treatm ent,2 times a day,14 days for 1 course of treatment,and 1 course of treatme nt was conducted.Both groups were treated with routine treatment such as bloo d pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,anti-platelet aggregation,and nutritional b rain cells.After 14 days,both groups were evaluated by MMSE,daily life abili ty scale,cerebral artery flow velocity and fluctuation index,and the results wer e statistically processed.Results:1.The MMSE score of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction was improved in both treatment group and control group.,However,the MMSE increased score of the eye acupuncture treatment group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture control group.2.The Activity Of Daily Living Scale score of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction was improved in both treatment group and control group.,However,the ADL increased score of the eye acupuncture treatment group was better than that of the normal acupuncture control group.3.Both eye acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture changed the blood flow rate of middle cerebral artery with cognitive impairment after cognitive impairment.However,The curative effect of eye acupuncture on improving the blood flow rate of middlecerebral artery and decreasing the index of middle cerebral artery pulsation was better than that of normal acupuncture control group.The effect of eye acupuncture therapy group to reduce the pulsitility index of the middle cerebral artery was better than that of the common acupuncture control group.Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture treatment group improved the cognition degree of patients better than ordinary acupuncture group.2.Eye acupuncture treatment group improved the daily life ability of patients better than ordinary acupuncture group.3.The eye acupuncture improved the blood flow rate of middle cerebral artery and decreased the vascular resistance of middle cerebral artery are better than ordinary acupuncture group. |
