Clinical Observation Of Xingnao Tiaoshen Acupuncture With Yizhiyin For Treating The Mild Cognitive Impairment After Cerebral Infarction

Objective:This subject to observe the clinical effect of Xingnao tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Yizhiyin in treating mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction (deficiency of kidney-essence).To investigate the therapeutic effect in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction (deficiency of kidney-essence) and the advantage of the treatment of Xingnao tiaoshen acupuncture with Yizhiyin relative to western medicine Aniracetam.The search for a more effective therapeutic approach for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients were diagnosed as mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction (deficiency of kidney-essence),randomly grouping,30 patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases, the two groups were strictly in accordance with the conventional treatment for cerebral vascular diseases (blood pressure lowering, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antiplatelet aggregation, etc.) the treatment group was given Xingnao Tiaoshen acupuncture with Yizhiyin for the treatment,the control group was treated with Aniracetam treatment.Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks, before and after the treatment respectively by Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) scale score,compared before and after treatment in the two groups of MMSE, MOCA, ADL scale scoreresults, and for statistical processing and analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of treatment group 86.7%,control group,thetotal efficiency of 60.0%,the total efficiency of two groups of patients with significant difference (P<0.05).2.The patients in the groups after treatment of (MMSE) score scale,the (MoCA) score, (ADL) score compared with same group before trearment, the difference was ststistically significant (P<-0.05).3.After the treatment, the treatment group MMSE, MoCA, ADL scale score compared with the control, the difference was ststistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xingnao Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with puzzle decoction has significant therapeutic effect on mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction (deficiency of kidney-essence); 2.Xingnao Tiaoshen acupuncture Combined with Yizhiyin and Western medicine Aniracetam can improve cognitive function of mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction (deficiency of kidney-essence), and the treatment group has obvious advantages compared to the control group.
