With the development of imaging technology, cerebral hemorrhage(CMBs)detection rate increases,CMBs is more and more attention to the influence of human body, such as all kinds of cerebrovascular disease and the influence on cognitive function, increase of study of CMBs cerebral infarction patients with a high incidence of CMBs,the incidence of cognitive impairment after infarction is high also, but now of cerebral infarction and CMBs related research is lessObjective:To explore the risk factors of CMBs in patients with mild acute cerebral infarction, the relationship between CMBs and cognitive function, and to further study whether and how CMBs affects cognitive function in patients with mild acute cerebral infarction Research objects and methods:A total of 93 patients with mild acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in Bethune first hospital of jilin university in April 2019 and December 2019 were selected as research objects.Relevant clinical data were collected and systematically analyzed to compare the general clinical data and laboratory data of the CMBs positive group and the CMBs negative group. The differences of MMSE Mo CA ADL CDR HAMD HAMA NPI scores between the two groups were compared, and the effects of CMBs on various cognitive fields were analyzed. The MMSE Mo CA ADL CDR HAMD HAMA NPI scores of different CMBs grades were compared. To compare whether there were differences in CMBs scores of cerebral lobe CMBs and deep CMBs.Research results:1.The proportion of men in the CMBs positive group with history of hypertension due to alcohol consumption was significantly higher than that in the CMBs negative group.Further multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that history of hypertension due to alcohol consumption was an independent risk factor for CMBs in patients with mild acute cerebral infarction.2.CMBs positive group and CMBs negative cognitive differences between CMBs negative group of participants know attention in overall aspects such as computing time directional forces CMBs is obviously better than the positive participant.3.Didn't find the correlation between different classification of CMBs and cognitive level.4.The different parts of the CMBs effects on cognitive function in different lobes CMBs and overall cognitive ability to daily life directed attention and calculated forces visual space and execution ability of abstract thinking ability and so obviously relevant; The deep CMBs is obviously correlated with the visual space and executive ability of the computational power of global cognitive attention.5.The anxiety level of participants in the CMBs and anxiety-depression-related CMBs positive group was more serious, while the deep CMBs and anxiety-depression were significantly correlated, and the subtent CMBs and anxiety-related CMBs were significantly correlated.Conclusion:1.Male history of drinking and hypertension is closely related to the occurrence of CMBs,and history of drinking and hypertension is an independent risk factor for CMBs in patients with mild acute cerebral infarction.2.Among patients with mild acute cerebral infarction,CMBs was positively correlated with cognitive impairment, and CMBs positive patients significantly decreased the time orientation of the overall cognitive attention computational force.3.Different regions of CMBs have different effects on cognitive function.4.CMBs was associated with anxiety and depression in patients with mild acute cerebral infarction.
