Objective:By comparing and observing the therapeutic effect of the antagonistic Electro-acupuncture of extensor dorsi and conventional acupuncture on hand motor dysfunction after apoplexy, the purpose is to seek a reasonable and effective therapeutic scheme for hand motor dysfunction after apoplexy.Method:Sixty hospitalized patients with hand dyskinesia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.,the treatment group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group, according to the random number table method:the "dorsal extensor antagonistic electro-acupuncture" group and the conventional electro-acupuncture group. In the course of treatment, the two groups of patients were given basic support treatment for stroke to control basic diseases and risk factors, including diabetes education, dietary intervention, exercise therapy and so on.On this basis, the treatment group was given "dorsal extensor antagonistic electro-acupuncture" method, while the control group was treated with conventional electro-acupuncture method. All patients were treated once a day for 30 minutes. After 6 consecutive days of treatment, they rested for one day.The 7-day period was a course of treatment. There were 4 courses of clinical treatment. The two groups were assessed by Brunnstrom Hand Function Assessment Scale,Daily Life Assessment Scale,Lindmark Coordination Sensory Scale,Hand Joint Activity Measurement Scale and Modified Ashworth Spasm Scale before and after treatment for 1 months(4 courses). The data obtained after evaluation were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistics.Result:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in general condition and scale evaluation between the two groups, indicating that there was no difference in statistical data between the two groups.(p>0.05)2.After 4 courses of treatment, the evaluation of each scale in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment.(p<0.05)3.Compared with the control group, the scores of Brunnstrom Hand Function Scale,Daily Life Scale,Lindmark Coordination Sensation Scale,Hand Joint Activity Scale and the modified Ashworth Spasm Scale improved better in the treatment group.(p<0.05)Conclusion:1.Antagonistic Electro-acupuncture of extensor dorsi muscle and conventional acupuncture are effective in the treatment of hand dyskinesia after stroke2.Antagonistic Electroacupuncture of extensor dorsi is more effective than conventional acupuncture.
