| Objective:To study the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture antagonistic muscle meridians in treatment of post-stroke strephenopodia.Method:Observed in this study cases from March 2016 to February 2017 epilepsy center in heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine university first affiliated hospital treated patients with strephenopodia after stroke in the ward.60 Patients who conform to the diagnostic standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group choose the illness acupuncture point such as Yanglingquan point,Xuanzhong point,Qiuxu point and Zulinqi point in electro-acupuncture treatment,control group choose the illness Yinlingquan point,Yanglingquan point,Zusanli point,Jiexi point,Qiuxu point and Zhaohai point in pure acupuncture treatment.Two groups of patients were treated 1 times a day,continuous treatment after 6 days rest 1 day,this is a period of treatment,four courses were observed in the clinic.Before and after the treatment of patients with ankle joint varus Angle,Holden walking ability stage,out the lower limb in installment,scale,and Berg balance scale,scale,Fugl Tinetti gait analysis-meyer lower limb function rating scale to assess,to observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment of strephenopodia after stroke.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Result:1.The treatment group and the control group had a significant improvement(P<0.05)after treatment with four weeks to compare with before treatment in the srephenopodia Angle and the rating of the scales.2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significant improvement(P<0.05)in both the srephenopodia Angle and the rating scale.Conclusion:1.Both the antagonist and the pure acupuncture treatment can improve the symptoms of equibes deformity after stroke;2.Equibes deformity after stroke with electro-acupuncture antagonistic muscle acupoint treatment is better than with the pure acupuncture. |
