Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Bufei Granule In The Treatment Of Vitamin D Deficiency Rickets With( Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency)

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of strengthening spleen and supplementing lung granule combined with vitamin D in the treatment of vitamin D rickets(lung and spleen deficiency).Methods: A total of 60 patients with vitamin D deficiency rickets(lungspleen deficiency)diagnosed at the age of 6 months to 3 years were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of Hei long jiang University of Traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to March 2019,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given oral administration of vitamin D and strengthening spleen and supplementing lung granule,and the control group was given oral administration of vitamin D preparations,with a course of 4 weeks.After the treatment,the improvement of the total effective rate,the score of primary and secondary syndromes,and the laboratory indexes in the two groups were observed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was compared,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)The treatment group was better than the control group in improving sweating,spirit,hair growth,complexion,appetite,fecal texture and cold frequency,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after a 3-month follow-up(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.strengthening spleen and supplementing lung granule has a good clinical effect on vitamin D deficiency rickets(lung and spleen qi deficiency);2.strengthening spleen and supplementing lung granule has a good effect on the sweating,mental symptoms,appetite,stool and cold frequency of vitamin D deficiency rickets(lung and spleen qi deficiency type);3.strengthening spleen and supplementing lung granule is safe and effective in treating children with deficiency of lung and spleen qi in patients with vitamin D deficiency rickets.
