Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Antibiotic Related Diarrhea (Deficiency Of Spleen And Lung) In Patients With Lung Disease By Invigorating The Spleen And Lung

Objective:With the wide use of antibiotics in clinic,the incidence of antibiotic associated diarrhea is also increasing,which brings many adverse consequences to patients.In this study,by observing the TCM syndrome score,fecal flora,onset speed,effective rate and other indicators of the treatment of antibiotic related diarrhea in patients with lung disease,we evaluated the effectiveness and safety of the program,and provided a safe and effective treatment program for the treatment of antibiotic related diarrhea.Method:In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted to collect 60 inpatients from the Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to January 2020.The patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with Bufei decoction plus compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets,and the control group was given compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets for 8 days.In the course of the study,we mainly observed the improvement of TCM symptoms,the recovery of intestinal flora disorders,the improvement time of diarrhea symptoms,the effective rate of treatment and other indicators,and observed the possible adverse reactions of patients.The data were recorded in detail and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software to evaluate the efficacy and safety of invigorating spleen and lung in the treatment of antibiotic related diarrhea in patients with lung disease.Result:1.Total score of TCM syndrome: both the treatment group and the control group can reduce the total score of TCM syndrome of antibiotic related diarrhea,but the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the total score of TCM Syndrome;2.Evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: in the treatment group,6 cases were cured(20%),14 cases were effective(46.7%),8 cases were effective(26.7%),2 cases were ineffective(6.7%),4 cases were cured(13.3%),5 cases were effective(16.7%),15 cases were effective(50%),6 cases were ineffective(20%),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group((P<0.05);3.Improvement time of diarrhea symptoms: the improvement time of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the effect was more rapid,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant((P<0.05);4.The recovery of intestinal flora: the two groups can increase the amount of intestinal flora and promote the recovery of the proportion of intestinal flora.The treatment group can better reduce the score of intestinal flora imbalance than the control group,the difference is statistically significant((P<0.05);5.Safety evaluation: no obvious side effects and adverse reactions were found in the two groups.There were no significant abnormal changes in vital signs,blood routine,urination routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram before and after the test.Conclusion:1.The method of invigorating spleen and lung can obviously improve the symptoms of diarrhea,accelerate the speed of onset,promote the recovery of intestinal flora,improve the efficiency,and have a reliable clinical effect,which is worth popularizing.2.Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with Bufei decoction has no obvious toxic and side effects in the treatment of antibiotic related diarrhea,and has good safety.
