Clinical Observation Of Zaoshizhiyangxiye On Acute Stage Infant Eczema

Objective: To observe the effect of drying dampness and itching lotion on infantile eczema(acute stage),observe the degree of skin lesion and itching,and evaluate the clinical effect of drying dampness and itching lotion on infantile eczema.Methods: Eighty-five children with eczema who met the criteria were selected.Three children were discontinued or withdrawn from treatment due to missing interviews.Eighty-two children were finally included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group.The experimental group was given dry-damp anti-itching lotion.The control group was given Erfukang liniment,and the sex,age and course of the disease were recorded in time.To observe the changes of clinical symptoms score in two groups,and to make statistical analysis to evaluate the difference of clinical efficacy between the two treatment methods.Result:1.After treatment,the integral of skin lesion area in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)2.The score of itching degree after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)3.The total score of the two groups after treatment is less than that before treatment,and the experimental group is significantly less than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The total effective rate of treating infantile eczema(acute stage)with dry dampness antipruritic lotion is higher than that of Erfukang liniment.2.After treatment,the scores of syndromes and clinical total scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,indicating that the two groups of drugs can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children to a certain extent.3.From the analysis and comparison of syndrome integral and clinical total integral of the two groups after treatment,it is concluded that the curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.
