The treatment group were treated with eczema Ta Zi formula and the control group using a warm water bath treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared, the disease total score, the lesional skin score, skin lesions Score, changes in symptoms and daily performance score.2Experimental part with7%to1%of2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (2,4-DNCB) acetone solution were applied in the mice right ear portion and abdomen, back epilation skin, make a mouse model of contact eczema, eczema Ta Zi formula treatment of Ta Zi bathing, the mice were observed for the right ear of the degree of swelling, ears weight difference, the difference in thickness, to observe the change of the number of cells in each group of mice right ear central pathological dermal inflammation, observe the number of mice10min licking response, immunohistochemistry assay abdominal lesions tissue of the mice in each group, IL-4, IFN-γRa and IL-2content, mice plasma flow cytometry CD4and CD8+lymphocyte subsets levels.Result1The clinical study treatment group of40patients,9patients (22.5%) were cured,14cases (35.0%) were significantly effective, effective in5cases (12.5%), invalid in22cases (73.3%), with a total effective rate of70.0%. The control group of30patients,0(0%) was cured,3cases (10.0%) were significantly effective, effective in5cases (16.7%), invalid in22cases (73.3%), with a total effective rate of26.7%. Eczema Ta Zi formula can directly elevat the IFN-γRa and IL-2in eczema mice Lesions, and indirectly reduce the expression of IL-4, can directly reduce eczema in mouse peripheral blood CD8’T and directly increased CD4’T lymphocyte percentage to improve the condition of eczema.Conclusion1Eczema Ta Zi formula for the treatment of infantile eczema have better clinical efficacy.2Eczema Ta Zi formula can cause significant inhibition of mice eczema model, the mechanism of inhibition of the inflammatory response, anti-itch, regulate cytokine secretion disorders. |
