Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Wet Compress Combined With LED Blue Light In Treating Eczema(Damp-heat Syndrome)

Purpose:Observe and discuss the clinical efficacy of Xianpi Kushen Erzi Decoction combined with LED blue light in the treatment of eczema(damp-heat syndrome),in order to clarify the feasibility and effectiveness of the program,and promote the characteristics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating this disease.Methods:Collect 99 patients with acute eczema(damp-heat syndrome)and divide them into blue light group(0.9% normal saline wet compress+LED blue light),traditional Chinese medicine group(Xianpi Kushen Erzi Decoction Chinese medicine wet compress),and combined treatment group according to the random number table method(Xianpi Kushen Erzi Decoction+LED blue light),before treatment,7 days and 14 days of treatment,the severity and area of the skin lesions,the degree of itching,the quality of life,and the TCM syndromes of the patients were scored,and the patients were scored under dermoscopy Observe the improvement,follow up the recovered patients,and record their recurrence.Use SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Score comparison:(1)After 7 days of treatment,comparison between groups:the total score comparison,the combined treatment group is better than the blue light group and the traditional Chinese medicine group;the VAS comparison,the combined treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group are better than the blue light group;DLQI comparison,the combined treatment group Better than Blue light group;EASI and TCM syndrome comparison,the three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);within the group comparison:the points of the three groups were statistically different than before treatment(P<0.05).(2)14 days of treatment,comparison between groups:the total score comparison,the combined treatment group is better than the blue light group,the EASI comparison,the combined treatment group is better than the blue light group and the traditional Chinese medicine group;the comparison of DLQI,VAS and TCM syndromes,the combined treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group All are better than the blue light group;comparison within the group:the scores of the three groups are all significantly different(P<0.001).2.Comparison of curative effect: the total effective rate of the blue light group,traditional Chinese medicine group and the combined treatment group are 70.97%,81.25% and 93.75% respectively;the total curative effect comparison of the combined treatment group is better than the blue light group and the traditional Chinese medicine group;the degree of pruritus and the curative effect of TCM syndromes are compared The combination therapy group and the traditional Chinese medicine group are better than the blue light group.3.The EASI score was positively correlated with the DLQI score before treatment,7 days of treatment,and 14 days of treatment.Before treatment,,r=0.969,at 7 days of treatment,r=0.936,and at 14 days of treatment,r=0.697,all P<0.01.4.The relative index of target site curative effect under dermoscopy is positively correlated with the relative index of vasodilatation diameter and the relative index of the number of dilated blood vessels.Conclusion:Kushen Xianpi Erzi Decoction combined with LED blue light to treat acute eczema(damp-heat syndrome)has better curative effect and faster onset than LED blue light or traditional Chinese medicine wet compress,and it improves the severity and area of skin lesions more significantly.
