Clinical Comparative Study Of Basic Treatment And Traditional Chinese Medicine Wet Compress To The Treatment Of Acute Eczema

Objective: To study wet dressing of Chinese herbs plus basic treatment for acute eczema with dampness and heat stagnation pattern. Methods: Divide 130 eczema patients with dampness and heat stagnation into two groups randomly, controlled group and experimental group, respectively give them basic treatment plus wet dressing of Wanglingsan'decoction, basic treatment plus wet dressing of "Dab olishiye". Afterwards, to observe the changes of lesion and clinical symptoms, and judge the curative effects after 10 days' treatment. Results: Statistic shows that there is obvious difference between experimental group and controlled group from ratio , clinic symptoms and lesion changes. Conclusion: There is satisfied curative effect using basic treatment plus wet dressing of Chinese herbs for acute eczema with dampness and heat stagnation pattern.
