Objectives 1.To investigate Chengdu first-class hospital clinical nurses Nursing Occupational Risk,the present situation of the resilience and job performance and its influencing factors;2.Analyze Nursing Occupational Risk,the relationship between resilience and job performance;3.Explore the relationship between resilience and job performance whether changed in different Nursing Occupational Risk;4.Analyze the clinical nurses job performance performance and main predictors.5.Trying to improve clinical nurses job performance according to intervene resilience.Methods Using descriptive correlation design,the convenient sampling to investigate of Chengdu first-class hospital 406 clinical nurses in 32 clinical departments.Using the nursing occupational risk assessment questionnaire,the Scale of medical staff resilience and the job performance questionnaire.Demographic characheristics,resilience and job performance describe by means,standard deviation,percentage,using the chi-square test to analysis basic situation.Mean and standard deviation are used to describe resilience and its dimensions and job performance and its dimensions.One-way analysis of variance was used to compare the differences in resilience,job performance of nurses in different demographic characteristics and departments with different risk levels.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among Nursing Occupational Risk,l resilience and job performance.multiple regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of clinical nurses' job performance.Results 1.32 clinical departments take part in this research,the departments were divided into three categories according to the score of the nursing occupational risk assessment questionnaire and the research needs.The department of high nursing occupational risk includes: ICU,Hematology department,operating room,neurosurgery,hemodialysis room,oncology department,cardiothoracic surgery,general surgery,emergency department,respiratory department.The department of medium nursing occupational risk includes: Massage,vascular surgery,proctology,supply room,cardiology,nephrology,urology,infection,orthopaedics,geriatrics,neurology.The department of low nursing occupational risk includes: Pain department,outpatient department,ophthalmology department,gynecology department,acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation department,endocrinology department,digestive department,rehabilitation department,otolaryngology department,dermatology department,special needs outpatient department.2.The clinical nurses' resilience is 82.98±10.05,the average per question 3.46±0.42,and the score of each dimension of nurses' resilience is from high to low:ability of work 3.81±0.54,tolerance 3.69±0.65,future expectations 3.50±0.70,self control 3.48±0.51,family support 3.30±0.50,social support3.20±0.48.3.The clinical nurses' job performance is 145.79±23.55,the average per question 2.80±0.45,and the score of each dimension of nurses' job performance is from high to low: intensive care2.93±0.48,leadership 2.89±0.51,interpersonal communication 2.83±0.50,professional development 2.79±0.50,education/collaboration capabilities 2.74±0.51,plan/assessment 2.69±0.53.4.Demographic characheristics of the clinical nurse was no statistical significance in resilience.Different marital status in family support,Different formal schooling in future expectations,Different age and nursing age in tolerance,Different monthly gross in social support of clinical nurses score 5.Demographic characheristics of the clinical nurse was no statistical significance in job performance.Different age and nursing age in professional development,Different job title in plan/assessment and professional development of clinical nurses score difference was statistically significant.6.In different Nursing Occupational Risk,the clinical nurse resilience score difference was statistically significant,The department of high nursing occupational risk got 82.18±10.05,The department of medium nursing occupational risk got 81.39±9.52,The department of low nursing occupational risk got 85.51±10.97.in different Nursing Occupational Risk,the clinical nurse job performance score difference was statistically significant,The department of high nursing occupational risk got 142.98±23.55,The department of medium nursing occupational risk got 145.33±21.33,The department of low nursing occupational risk got 150.34±25.34.7.There was a positive correlation between clinical nurses' resilience and job performance(p<0.05).As the score of resilience increases,the job performance also increases;on the contrary,as the score of resilience decreases,the job performance also decreases.And the higher the Nursing Occupational risk,the higher the correlation between resilience score and job performance.8.Taking nurses' job performance as the dependent variable,and eventually into the regression equation of the independent variable is the future expectation,tolerance and ability of work,the regression equation fitting better(F = 68.052,P = 0.00),R2 = 0.337,adj R2 = 0.332,the above three variable can explain 33.2% of the variation of clinical nurses job performance.Conclusions 1.32 clinical departments of Chengdu first-class hospital take part in this research,Nursing Occupational Risk is different in different apartment,the Nursing Occupational Risk of high and middle departments was significantly higher than that of low low nursing occupational risk departments,ICU got highest score,the hospital should attach importance to the nursing occupational risk management of this department.2.The clinical nurses' resilience in the medium,ability of work got highest score,social support got lowest score,marital status?formal schooling?age?nursing age?monthly gross can effect some dimensions of resilience.3.The clinical nurses' job performance in the medium,intensive care got highest score,plan/assessment got lowest score,age?nursing age?job title can effect some dimensions of job performance.4.The clinical nurses' resilience is different in different Nursing Occupational Risk,the resilience of clinical nurses in the department of low nursing occupational risk was the highest,the department of medium nursing occupational risk was the lowest.5.The clinical nurses' job performance is different in different Nursing Occupational Risk,The higher the degree of nursingoccupational risk,the lower the job performance.6.There is a positive correlation between the resilience and job performance of clinical nurses in Chengdu first-class hospital,and the higher the nursing occupational risk in the department,the highest correlation between the level of resilience and job performance of nurses.7.Three dimensions of resilience,future expectation,tolerance and work ability can predict nurses' job performance.The hospital can intervene nurses' resilience in a reasonable way to improve their job performance.
