Objective: to study the understanding of modern medical practitioners on psoriasis vulgaris,and to explore the rule of using the theory system of wei qi ying blood to treat psoriasis vulgaris,so as to improve the idea of the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and guide the clinical practice of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods: this paper used the "literature review method" to review the modern literature and the theory of wei qi ying blood,and used the "comparative analysis method" to analyze the similarities and differences between the two,and finally used the "analogy method" to seek the similarities between the two,explore the law of using the system of wei qi ying blood theory to treat psoriasis vulgaris.Results: modern medical experts believe that the pathogenesis of psoriasis is complex,including external sensation and internal injury,and the main pathological factors include "wind,dampness,heat,dryness,blood stasis,deficiency and toxin".The current criteria for the diagnosis of psoriasis syndromes are based on blood syndrome differentiation,but the classification of syndromes is not uniform,and the combined syndromes are far more than the main syndromes,indicating that the pathogenesis evolution of blood heat-blood stasis-blood dryness cannot well interpret the development and change of psoriasis.The theory of wei qi ying blood includes the origin,meaning,composition,main content,application scope and limitations of wei qi ying blood,which can explain the development and change of psoriasis and guide the dialectical treatment of psoriasis.Conclusion: psoriasis patients with deficiency of body Yin essence,ying Yin deficiency,psoriasis at the onset of the camp,the pathogenesis of heat burning ying Yin,evil heat channels.The syndrome types can be divided into wei fen syndrome,qi fen solid heat syndrome,qi fen damp heat syndrome,ying fen syndrome,blood heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.The main treatment methods are "clear the surface","clear the heat","clear the camp" and "cool the blood".Qingrexie fire,cool camp detoxification,dry dampness heat,cool camp detoxification,qingying detoxification,diathermy gas,cool blood detoxification,blood nourishing Yin.Psoriasis transmission exists over the period and overlap,can besingle disease,camp syndrome,blood syndrome,can be combined diseases,such as qi camp two burnt,camp blood disease,wei qi camp blood disease and so on.The recovery and outcome can be predicted by the transmission law.Psoriasis can be compared with weiqi camp blood syndrome differentiation thinking treatment,which is helpful to guide clinical syndrome differentiation treatment.
